Այս պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունը ոչ միայն հաղորդում է հանցագործության մասին, այլ խորը մտահոգություններ է փոխանցում պետության ղեկին գտնվող անձանց հոգեվիճակի, մտորումների, մոտեցումների և մեր երկրի վերաբերյալ պատկերացումների մասին։

Ավելի ծանր, խորը մտահոգիչ տեքստ դժվար է ակնկալել։ Սրանք նախ տարօրինակ հպարտությամբ անընդհատ հավաստիացնում էին, որ թշնամու հետ մարտեր չեն եղել, որովհետև չեն էլ փորձել կանգնեցնել, որովհետև հարկ չէին համարել առաջնագիծ տեղակայել, կահավորել, հիմա էլ, մի տեսակ, պարծենում են, որ Վարդենիսի այդ հատվածում ևս դիրքեր, զինծառայողներ չեն եղել, ըստ այդմ՝ մարտեր չեն ընթացել կամ դիրքեր չէին կարող շրջափակման մեջ ընկնեին, որովհետև դիրք ուղղակի տեղակայված չի եղել։

Ձևակերպումը, թե ադրբեջանցիները «ընդամենը բաց տարածք» են ներխուժել, կրկնությունն էր իշխանական թիմի մեկ այլ ներկայացուցչի հայտարարության, թե բանակը ժողովրդին է պաշտպանում, ոչ թե ամայի տարածքները։

Հայրենիքը սրանց համար ամայի տարածք է և ինչպես արտահայտվում են, այնպես էլ վարվում են նրա հետ։

Մեր երկրի ղեկին գտնվողները Հայաստանի նվազագույն անվտանգային խնդիրները լուծելու կամք, ցանկություն, նպատակ ուղղակի չունեն։

Սրանք ամեն անգամ զիջելու են և յուրաքանչյուր անգամվա համար ունեն հայտնի «հիմնավորումը»՝ հանձնեցինք, որովհետև մնացածների կյանքն էինք փնտրում, հանձնեցինք, որ զոհեր չլինեն, հանձնեցինք, որ զորքը շրջափակման մեջ չընկնի։

Ու այսպես սրանք քայլ առ քայլ կհանձնեն այն ինչ ունենք, եթե սրա դեմը չառնենք։ Ինչ ճանապարհով էլ լինի, այս իշխանությունը պետք է հեռացվի, հակառակ դեպքում մեր երկրում ապրելու հնարավորություն այլևս չենք ունենալու։
