Հայաստանին օդուջրի պես անհրաժեշտ է ճգնաժամային կառավարություն։ Գործող իշխանությունները ապականում են ամեն ինչ, իսկ առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները սպառնում են նոր անկայունություն բերել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։

Հայ ազգային կոնգրեսի համագումարում առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը երեկ ուշագրավ մի դիտարկում է արել։ Խոսելով երկրորդ և երրորդ նախագահների հետ համատեղ դաշինք կազմելու իր ձախողված նախաձեռնության մասին՝ առաջին նախագահը նշել է, թե առաջարկել է, որ իրենցից որևէ մեկը չզբաղեցնի վարչապետի պաշտոնը։ «Իմ կարծիքով, անհրաժեշտ էր ձևավորել հիմնականում տեխնոկրատներից կազմված ճգնաժամային կառավարություն՝ լուրջ փորձառությամբ և կառավարչական հմտություններով օժտված վարչապետի գլխավորությամբ»,- նշել է Տեր-Պետրոսյանը՝ կրկնելով դեռ մեկ ամիս առաջ քաղաքական այլ գործչի հնչեցրած միտքը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ճգնաժամային կառավարության անհրաժեշտության մասին դեռ մեկ ամիս առաջ նշել էր նաև «Երրորդ ուժ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության անդամ, «Թովմասյան» հիմնադրամի ղեկավար Արտակ Թովմասյանը: Նրա խոսքով, երկրում առկա անառողջ մթնոլորտի և քաղաքական ճգնաժամի լավագույն լուծումը կլինի «ճգնաժամային կառավարիչների» ժամանակավոր կառավարության ձևավորումը, որը թույլ կտա որոշակի ժամանակահատվածում հանդարտեցնել առկա վիճակը, կանխել տնտեսական կոլապսը: Թովմասյանը նաև մատնանշել էր, որ արտահերթ ընտրությունների գնալը վտանգավոր հետևանքներ կունենա։

Երեկ էլ նա անդրադարձել է Սյունիքում ստեղծված իրավիճակին, արձանագրել, որ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությանն այսպիսի դեպքերի համար էի բազմիցս ասում, որ պետք չէ գնալ ձևական ընտրությունների, քանզի նրանց սխալներն են առաջացնում քաոսային վիճակ»։ Պատերազմից վեց ամիս անց դեռ չի հաջողվել կայունացնել իրավիճակը, տնտեսությունը վերականգնելու ուղիներ մատնանշել, թեև գիտակից քաղաքական գործիչները ահազանգում են վտանգների մասին։ Հայաստանը զարգանալու շանս կարող է ունենալ միայն ճգնաժամային կառավարության ձևավորման դեպքում։
