Նոր զարգացումներ Սեւ լճի տարածքում․ ադրբեջանցիները փոշմանել են

Երեկ մենք վաղաժամ ուրախացանք, որ Սեւ լճի մոտ բանակցությունները հաջողությամբ են պսակվել եւ թշնամին հետ է նահանջելու գրաված դիրքերից։ Ավելի ուշ տեղեկացանք, որ ամբողջությամբ չեն նահանջելու, այլ միայն երկու կիլոմետր եւ ամեն կողմից 4-ական դիրք է տեղադրվելու եւ մշտական հերթապահություն է սահմանվելու՝ հայկական ու ադրբեջանական կողմերից։
Քիչ առաջ մենք կապվեցինք Սյունիք եւ առնվազն երկու աղբյուրից տեղեկացանք, որ ադրբեջանցիները մինչ այս պահը չեն նահանջել։ Ավելին՝ առավոտյան մերոնք տեսել են, թե ինչպես են նրանք հավաքում իրերը եւ կարծել են, թե մի քանի ժամից թշնամին կշարժվի՝ հեռանալով եւ դիրքավորվելով բանակցությունների ընթացքում որոշված տարածքում, սակայն մոտ կես ժամ առաջ ադրբեջանցի հրոսակները նորից քանդել են կապած իրերը եւ կրկին տնավորվել։ Նրանց համար սնունդ են բերել Ադրբեջանից, զենք են մատակարարել։ Ակնհայտ է, որ առավոտյան ինչ որ բան է փոխվել եւ ադրբեջանական կողմը հրաժարվել է իր երեկվա մտադրությունից։
Սյունիքից մեր զրուցակցի տեղեկություններով, Սեւ լճից հեռանալու դիմաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոստացել է Արդբեջանին տալ Տավուշի մարզում 12 գյուղ եւ Տիգրանաշենը՝ Քյարքին, ինչպես նաեւ սեղանի վրա է Սյունիքում երկու միջանցք տալու հարցը, որով Ադրբեջանը կկապվի Թուրքիայի հետ։ Երեկ որոշ ադրբեջանցիների գրում էին, որ մայիսի 17-ին, 00 ժամից սկսվում է պարտավորությունների կատարումը՝ միջանցքի տրամադրումը։ Շատ հնարավոր է, որ Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստում այսօր առավոտյան հնչած Փաշինյանի ելույթը՝ որ ոչ մի միջանցքի մասին էլ խոսք չկա, զայրացրել է ադրբեջանական կողմին եւ նրանք որոշել են երեկվա պայմանավորվածությունը չեղարկել։ Ակնհայտ է, որ Փաշինյանն ադրբեջանական կողմին մի բան է ասում, Հայաստանում՝ մեկ այլ բան եւ դա վրդովվեցնում է հակառակորդին։ Թշնամու սանձարձած պահվածքը եւ լկտիությունը նաեւ այս ստախոսությունից է բխում։
Ի դեպ, Սյունիքում ոչ ոք տեղյակ չէ, թե ով է մասնակցում պետության կողմից բանակցություններին։ Մեզ ասացին, որ երեկվա բանակցություններին ոչ ԳՇ-ից, ոչ թիվ 1 բանակային կորպուսից մարդ չի մասնակցել։ Նրանք տեղյակ են միայն, որ այս պահին Ռուստամ Մուրադովն է հայկական կողմի շահերը պաշտպանում եւ ամեն ինչ անում է, որ ադրբեջանցիները հեռանան Սեւ լճից։ Իսկ հայկական զինուժին՝ երեկվա, իբրեւ թե, բարեհաջող բանակցություններից հետո հրահանգել են հետ քաշվել։
