Երևանի պետական համալսարանի ուսանողների հետ տարվող աշխատանքների կենտրոնի տնօրեն Վահագն Վարագյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է.

«2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ին՝ կապիտուլյացիա ստորագրելուց հետո, գերագույն գլխավոր դավաճանը 6 ամիս խնդրեց հայ ժողովրդից՝ այդ խայտառակ վիճակից երկիրը դուրս բերելու համար, որտեղ հայտնվել էինք իր ապիկարության ու դավաճանության պատճառով։ Սակայն նա ավելի ծանրացրեց վիճակը, քանի որ բացի մեր երկիրը՝ իր կործանված կյանքի նման, վերջնականապես կործանելուց, ուրիշ անելիք չունի:

Պատերազմից հետո՝ ՀՀ արևելյան սահմանը փաստացի Ադրբեջանի հետ երկարեց Վարդենիսից՝ մինչև Մեղրի, քանի որ դավաճանը մի ստորագրությամբ հանձնեց Քարվաճառի շրջանը և Քաշաթաղի շրջանի հյուսիսային մասը: Ովքեր ծանոթ են այդ շրջաններին՝ գիտեն, որ ադրեջանցիները ձմռան ամիսներին մասամբ են կարողացել մուտք գործել Քարվաճառ և Քաշաթաղ, քանի որ Քաշաթաղում ռուսական զորքն է, իսկ մյուս ճանապարհը անցնում Դրմբոնով, որը ՊԲ վերահսկողության տակ է։ Մնում էր Օմարի լեռնանցքը, իսկ այն՝ ձմռան ամիսներին, անանցանելի է:

Մենք կորցրեցինք 6 ամիս, այնինչ կարող էինք կահավորել և ձևավորել առաջնագիծ՝ Վարդենիսից մինչև Մեղրի, քանի որ յուրաքանչյուր քիչ թե շատ տեղյակ մարդ հասկանում է, որ արդեն գարնանը ադրբեջանցիները Օմարով գալու էին և զբաղեցնեին իրենց ցանկացած բնագիծը։ Արցախը հանձնած թուրք Նիկոլն ու իր դավաճանական խմբակը ոչինչ չարեցին՝ դա կանխելու համար և այսօր վտանգված է մեր պետականությունը»:
