Իշխանության անճարակություն․ Սյունիքում ընդդիմադիր գործիչներն են բանակցում թշնամու հետ

Ադրբեջանական զինված հրոսակները երրորդ օրն է՝ գտնվում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում, խորացել են Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերում, մինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած իշխանությունները բացառիկ անպատասխանատվություն են դրսևորում։ Գործող իշխանություններն իրենց սազանդարների միջոցով փորձում են լղոզել իրավիճակը, ծաղրում են մարզերից հնչող մտահոգությունները, հերքում ադրբեջանցիների առաջխաղացման մասին ահազանգները այնքան ժամանակ, մինչ ստիպված են լինում անձամբ հաստատել հնարավոր բոլոր տեղեկությունները: Կրկին սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակիչները միայնակ են մնացել զինված թշնամու դեմ, հատուկենտ պաշտոնյաներ են սահմանին բանակցում ադրբեջանցիների հետ, աջակցում գոյության վտանգի առջև կանգնած հայ գյուղացուն։
Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետները, նստած իրենց տաքուկ աշխատասենյակներում, լավագույն դեպքում տեղեկություններ են փոխանցում մամուլին։ Իսկ սկզբից, օրինակ, հերքում և սվաղում էին վտանգի մասին լուրերը։ Ադրբեջանցիների ներխուժման առաջին օրը Սյունիքի մարզպետ Մելիքսեթ Պողոսյանն անգամ ասում էր․
«Սյունիքում հակառակորդը ոչ մի հատվածում առաջ չի եկել: Եկել են դիտակետ դնեն, մոլորվել են: ՀՀ պետական սահմանին որևէ խախտում չի կարող լինի, դա անհնարին բան է, ես եմ ասում»։
Այս մարզպետը երեկ էլ է աչքի ընկել, ոստիկանների և իշխանության աջակիցների հետ առգրավել է առաջնագծում մարտնչելու պատրաստ ազատամարտիկների զենքը, իսկ մի քանիսին էլ իրավապահները բերման են ենթարկել իբր խուլիգանության համար։
Ապատեղեկատվություն տարածելու գործով չեմպիոնը, անշուշտ, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է։ Նա երեկ էլ Ազգային ժողովում է հայտարարել, թե Հայաստան ներխուժած ադրբեջանական զինուժն ինչ-որ հատվածներում հետ է քաշվել, որոշ հատվածներում՝ ոչ: Պարզվում է՝ այս հայտարարությունն էլ կեղծ է։
Գորիսի փոխքաղաքապետ Մենուա Հովսեփյանը հայտնել է, թե ադրբեջանցի զինվորները չեն սահմանափակվել Սև լճի տարածքով, այլ հասել են Ակներ գյուղի վերևի հատվածը, որտեղից արդեն երևում է Գորիս քաղաքը։ Իսկ Սյունիքում իշխանության գործառույթները ստիպված են իրականացնել․․․ ընդդիմադիր «Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչները։ Գորիսի քաղաքապետն ու փոխքաղաքապետն են բանակցում ադրբեջանցի հրոսակների հետ, տեղերում ինքնակազմակերպվում, փորձում հանդարտեցնել ահաբեկված բնակիչներին։ Իսկ դա իրականում պետական մարմինների գործառույթն է։ Տոտալ անիշխանության և կառավարող ուժի հանցավոր անճարակության պայմաններում միթե՞ այլ բան կարող էին անել իրենց երկրին նվիրված անձինք։
