Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերի ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան, ինչպես նաև՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հայտարարություններն այն մասին, թե պետք է պատրաստ լինել իրավիճակի զարգացման վատ սցենարներին, իրավիճակը պայթյունավտանգ է և այլն, ենթադրում է, որ ստեղծված իրադրությանը համահունչ միջոցացումներ պետք է իրականացվի։

Մասնավորապես, Սյունիքի մարզի մի շարք հատվածներ ադրբեջանական դիրքերի անմիջական մատույցներում են, ինչն այդ ուղղությամբ մշտական սպառնալիքներ է ստեղծում։

Գորիս-Որոտան մայրուղու մի հատված առհասարակ գտնվում է ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ, իսկ Որոտան-Դավիթ Բեկ գյուղերի մերձակա հատվածներում ադրբեջանական հենակետեր են տեղակայված։ Շատ դեպքերում գլխավոր մայրուղուց 50-100 մետրի վրա։

Դեռ չեմ խոսում Շուռնուխ գյուղի մասին, երբ այն բառացիորեն բաժանված է երկու հատվածի՝ հայկական և ադրբեջանական։

Նմանատիպ խնդիրներ ունենք Կապան քաղաքի հատվածում՝ քաղաքի մուտքի՝ օդանավակայանի հարակից մասում, ինչպես նաև՝ Կապան-Ճակատեն ճանապարհին։

Իշխանասարի, Կութի կամ Վերին Շորժայում ստեղծված իրադրության կամ դրա կտրուկ սրման պարագայում կարող են լուրջ զարգացումներ լինեն Հայաստանի հետ սահմանագծի այն հատվածներում, որտեղ Ադրբեջանը առավելություններ է ստացել։

Նշածս հատվածներում նոր՝ լուրջ միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու, սահմանագծի անվտանգությունն ամրապնդելու, հարակից բնակավայրերի և մայրուղով երթևեկող մեր քաղաքացիների պաշտպանության ապահովման նոր սպառնալիքներ կան։

Պետք է արագ գործել, հակառակ պարագայում նոր կորուստներն անխուսափելի են։
