Հայաստանի սահմանային տարբեր հատվածներում, ինչպես հենց իշխանություններն են խոստովանում, ճգնաժամային վիճակ է։ Տեղի է ունենում այն, ինչի մասին կապիտուլ յացիայից հետո զգուշացնում էին ԶԼՄ-ները, փորձագետներն ու ընդդիմությունը. սա ուղղակի սպառնալիք է ՀՀ ինքնիշխանությանը և անվտանգությանը: Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ այս ամենի ֆոնին որոշ շրջանակներ զբաղված են «պղտոր ջրում ձուկ որսալով» և քաղաքական դաշտում հերթական ինտրիգները հորինելով։

Մասնավորաբար, արևմտյան ֆինանսավորում ու կողմնորոշում ունեցող որոշ շրջանակներ տեղի ունեցածը փորձում են օգտագործել հակառուսական քարոզչությանը նոր թափ հաղորդելու համար, ինչպես, օրինակ՝ երեկ ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստում։ Մյուս կողմից՝ նույն այդ ուժերն ու անձինք, որոնք հիմնավոր գործում են իշխանություններին մերձ, ստեղծված ճգնաժամն օգտագործում են ընդդիմության դեմ ատամները սրելու համար։ Փորձագետների համոզմամբ, նույնիսկ նման վիճակում ընդդիմությանը թիրախավորելն իրականացվում է իշխանությունների հրահանգով:

Ընդ որում, հետաքրքիր է, որ այդ շրջանակներն այդպես էլ ոչ մի «թթու խոսք» անգամ չեն ասում Ադրբեջանի հասցեին, որը փաստացի հերթական ագրեսիան է իրականացնում մեր երկրի դեմ: Անդրադառնալով այս վիճակին, նշյալների պահվածքին՝ քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ դա ստոր քաղաքականություն է: «Սա, իհարկե, ստոր քաղաքականության հետևանք է: Որևէ մեկը չի կարող բացատրել, թե ի՞նչ մեղք ունի ընդդիմությունը, երբ Սյունիքի սահմաններում հայկական զորք չկա, ու Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերն առանց որևէ դիմադրության անցնում են այն: Սրանք ստոր շահարկումներ են, որոնք բնութագրում են այս իշխանություններին»,-ասաց քաղաքագետը:
