Կփոխի՞ դատարանը Պատրոն Դավոյի կալանքը․ ո՞վ է գլխավոր շահառուն

Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը երկուշաբթի օրը հրապարակելու է Դավիթ Գալստյանի՝ Պատրոն Դավոյի փաստաբանների միջնորդության վերաբերյալ որոշումը՝ խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոխելու մասով։ Երեկ կայացած նիստում ելույթ են ունեցել թե՛ փաստաբանները, թե՛ Դավիթ Գալստյանը, ներկայացրել իրենց փաստարկները։ Իսկ Գալստյանը նաև պատմել է, թե ինչ է արել վերջին պատերազմի ընթացքում, ինչպես է իր անձնական կապերն ու հեղինակությունն օգտագործելով զենք-զինամթերք տեղափոխել պատերազմի մեջ գտնվող երկիր։ Խոսքը մի մարդու մասին է, որը, ըստ մամուլի տեղեկությունների, պատերազմի օրերին իր անձնական միջոցներով ձեռք է բերել երկու ԻԼ-76 ինքնաթիռ և իր թիմով 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով կազմակերպել զենք-զինամթերքի տեղափոխություն: Ընդ որում, խոսքը զենքի առքուվաճառքի մասին չէ, այլ տեղափոխման կազմակերպման՝ 180-ից ավելի թռիչքների միջոցով: Արդյո՞ք այս իրավիճակում, երբ Հայաստանը կրկին կանգնած է պատերազմի վտանգի առջև, կարելի է պատերազմում կրած ցավալի պարտության մեղքը գցել մասնավոր անձի վրա, ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության սխալների համար պատժել գործարարին, ով տարիներ շարունակ զենք է բերել հայրենիք։
Օրեր առաջ նույնիսկ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն է անդրադարձել Դավիթ Գալստյանին՝ նշելով, որ նա Ռուսաստանում զենք ու զինամթերք է գնել և տեղափոխել Հայաստան: Սա Ադրբեջանի նախագահի կողմից որակվել է որպես հանցագործություն, իսկ ավելի ստույգ՝ «կոնտրաբանդա»: Թշնամական երկրի ղեկավարի նման արձագանքը, երևի թե, ինքնին բնական է: Բնական չէ, որ նույն գծի մեջ են Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները, որոնք մեղադրանքի անհեթեթության պայմաններում շարունակում են կալանքի տակ պահել մի գործարարի, ով այսօր էլ կարող է մեծ օգուտ բերել Հայաստանի պաշտպանունակության բարձրացմանը։ Երկուշաբթի, երբ դատարանը հրապարակի որոշումը, հուսով ենք՝ կառաջնորդվի ողջամտությամբ, օրենքով և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կենսական շահերով։
