Երբ դրված է երկրի լինելիության հարցը, չի կարելի, պարզապես չի կարելի անվտանգային խնդիրները թողած` պետական ամբողջ ռեսուրսը նետել ընտրապայքարի մեջ։ Սյունիքում ստեղծված խայտառակ իրավիճակը հերթական անգամ ապացուցում է, որ Հայաստանին այսօր անհրաժեշտ է ոչ թե աննախադեպ բևեռացվածության պայմաններում նախընտրական քարոզարշավ իրականացնել, այլ իսկապես գործուն միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ երկիրը փոսից հանելու համար։ Ձախողակ իշխանավորներին այսօր ավելի հետաքրքրում են իրենց նախընտրական ցուցակի, հունիսի 20-ին ընտրությունների ժամանակ առավելագույն թվով քվեներ ստանալու, քան Սյունիքի, Արցախի, Հայաստանի այլ մարզերի անվտանգային, սոցիալական և տնտեսական խնդիրները։ Իսկ արդյո՞ք դա է հետաքրքրում Հայաստանի շարքային քաղաքացուն, ով ուզում է ապրել անվտանգ և ապահով երկրում։ Միանշանակ, ոչ...
Քաղաքական տասնյակ ուժերի և գործիչների այս բուռն պայքարում ողջամտության ձայնը լսելը բարդ է։ Մինչդեռ, արված լավագույն առաջարկը այդպես էլ մնում է թղթի վրա, իսկ դրա շուրջ բովանդակային քննարկում չկա։ «Երրորդ ուժ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության անդամ, «Թովմասյան» հիմնադրամի ղեկավար Արտակ Թովմասյանն առաջարկում էր մեկ տարով ճգնաժամային կառավարիչներ ընտրել, որոնք կկարողանան կանխել երկրի հետագա սրընթաց անկումը։ «Ճգնաժամային կառավարիչների» ժամանակավոր կառավարության ձևավորումը կլինի երկրում առկա անառողջ մթնոլորտի և քաղաքական ճգնաժամի լավագույն լուծումը, որը թույլ կտա որոշակի ժամանակահատվածում հանդարտեցնել առկա վիճակը, կանխել տնտեսական կոլապսը:
Պարոնայք իշխանավորներ, միգուցե լսեի՞ք Արտակ Թովմասյանի առաջարկը։ Այսօր էլ ուշ չէ, հատկապես հիմա, երբ թշնամին հասել է Սյունիքի մատույցներ, երբ իշխանությունը ժամ առ ժամ ցուցադրում է իր անճարակությունը, կարելի է հավաքել երկրի կարող ուժերին, ստեղծել այդ «Ճգնաժամային կառավարիչների» ժամանակավոր կառավարությունը, որի կազմում չեն լինի գործող իշխանության ապիկար ներկայացուցիչները, կանխել Հայաստանի սրընթաց անկումը, և հետո՝ մեկ տարի անց հանդարտ պայմաններում թե՛ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անել, թե՛ այլ կենսական հարցեր լուծել։
