Անթույլատրելի ենք համարում մեր հայրենիքի նկատմամբ ցանկացած ոտնձգություն․ Գորիսի մտավորականության նախաձեռնող խումբ
SOCIETYԳորիսի մտավորականությունը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, որում ասված է.
«Պիտի խոստովանենք, որ մեր իշխանությունների հանցավոր անգործությունն է հիմնական պատճառը, որ Ադրբեջանն իրեն իրավունք վերապահեց՝ լկտի սադրանք իրականացնելով ներխուժել Գորիս քաղաքի մերձակայքում գտնվող Սև լճի տարածք, որի արդյունքում խախտված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային ամբողջականությունը։
Այս իրողությունը, անտարակույս, խիստ անհանգստացրել ու մտահոգել է ողջ հայ ժողովրդին։ Սակայն դրա հանգուցալուծումն իր անորոշությամբ առաջին հերթին ազդել է հազարավոր տարիներ իր ծննդավայրում ապրող և արարող գորիսեցիներին։
Հարկ ենք համարում հիշեցնել, որ Գորիսն այն հայկական եզակի տարածաշրջաններից է, որտեղ հայ ժողովրդի պատմության ամենաօրհասական ժամանակաշրջաններում անգամ թուրքը չի կարողացել բնավորվել։
Մեր անվերապահ աջակցությունը հայտնելով հայկական զինված ուժերին՝ պահանջո՛ւմ ենք լինել կոշտ ու անզիջում թշնամու այս դավադիր ոտնձգության հանդեպ։
Մենք պարտավոր ենք վերջապես գիտակցել, որ այլևս թշնամուն տալու ոչ մի թիզ տարածք չունենք։
