INTERNATIONAL NEWSԴեռ ամբողջովին չի հաջողվել ադբեջանցիներին ՀՀ տարածքից դուրս հանել, բանակցություններն ընթանում են: Այս մասին «Լուրեր»-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը:
«Բանակցությունները ևս իրենց մեջ մեսսիջներ ու ահազանգեր են պարունակում, որպեսզի խնդիրն արագ կարգավորվի: Բանակցությունների ընթացքում տեսնում ենք, որ խնդրի կարգավորմանն ենք գնում և եթե մինչև ՀԱՊԿ-ի գործընթացի սկսելն այն չկարգավորվի, ապա միանշանակ է, որ ՀԱՊԿ միջամտությունից անմիջապես հետո այս խնդիրը կկարգավորվի»,-ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնակով հարցին, թե ինչպես է ստացվում, որ հակառակորդը կարողանում է մտնել Հայաստանի տարածք՝ ԱԽ քարտուղարը նշեց, որ պատերազմի ավարտից հետո սահմանային փոփոխություններն են եղել և ձմռան պատճառով չեն կարողացել ամբողջ սահմանը կահավորել:
«Գիտեք, որ սահմանագիծը երկարել է և այս պայմաններում բոլոր խնդիրները միանգամից լուծել չի հաջողվել, բայց միանշանակ է, որ ժամանակի ընթացքում բոլոր հարցերը կկարգավորենք, այնպես չէ, որ 1994 թվականին ամբողջ սահմանը կահավորված է եղել, դրա համար երկար ժամանակ է պահանջվել, այս դեպքում էլ որոշակի ժամանակ կպահանջվի: Հասկանում եմ մեր հայրենակիցների մտահոգությունները, բայց մենք ամեն ինչ անում ենք»,-նշեց Գրիգորյանը:
