Արդբեջանի ԶՈՒ զինծառայողների կողմից ՀՀ պետական սահմանը հատելու և ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը խախտելու փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրգործ
SOCIETYԱրդբեջանի ԶՈՒ զինծառայողների կողմից ՀՀ պետական սահմանը Սյունիքի մարզի Սև լիճ հատվածում հատելու և ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը խախտելու փաստի առթիվ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել: Այս մասին Ֆեյսբուքի էջում հայտնել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը:
«ՀՀ Գորիսի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազության հանձնարարությամբ ՀՀ ՊՆ Սիսիանի ռազմական ոստիկանության բաժնում նախապատրաստված նյութերով փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 2021թ.-ի մայիսի 12-ին՝ ժամը 08:00-ի սահմաններում, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի մի խումբ զինված զինծառայողներ, ԱՀ ԶՈւ մի քանի զորամիավորումների հրամանատարների կազմակերպմամբ, առանց թույլտվության հատել են ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիս համայնքի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող՝ Սև լճի հատվածում պահպանվող պետական սահմանը:
Մոտ 3-3.5 կմ առաջանալով ՀՀ տարածքով, նրանք դիրքավորվել են բարենպաստ բարձունքներից մեկի վրա և նրանց մոտեցած ՀՀ ԶՈւ զինծառայողների հասցեին բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքներ հնչեցնելով հայտնել, որ այդ տարածքը պատկանում է Ադրբեջանին, չեն թույլտարում առաջանալ, իսկ առաջանալու դեպքում սպառնացել են զենք կիրառել:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առկա են Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ-ի զինծառայողների կողմից ՀՀ պետական սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու և բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքի միջոցով ՀՀ տարածքի մասն այլ պետությանը հանձնելուն ուղղված գործողություններ կատարելու հանցագործությունների հատկանիշներ պարունակող տվյալներ՝ Գորիսի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 329-րդ հոդվածի երկրորդ մասի և 300.2-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով:
Քրեական գործով նախաքննության կատարումը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ ՔԿ ԶՔԳՎ 9-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնին:
Միաժամանակ, Սևանի և Եղեգնաձորի կայազորների զինվորական դատախազությունների հանձնարարությամբ ՀՀ ՊՆ Վարդենիսի և Սիսիանի ՌՈ բաժիններում ևս նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում համապատասխանաբար ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի և Սյունիքի մարզերում պետական սահմանի առանձին հատվածներում ևս այսօր արձանագրված նմանատիպ դրսևորումների հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով»:
