Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը հունիսի 20-ին կայանալիք արտահերթ ընտրություններում պիտի ընտրի ապիկարության և ընդունակության, երկիրը փոսը գլորողների և հստակ տեսլական ունեցողների, տնտեսությունից, պետական կառավարումից հասկացողների և անբաշարների միջև։

Վերջին օրերին խորացող սահմանային խնդիրները, իշխանության ապիկարությունը, օրեցօր խորացող տնտեսական և սոցիալական անկումը, արտաքին ճակատում առկա ճգնաժամը ցույց են տալիս, որ անփորձ մարդիկ, միևնույն է, տապալվում են և իրենց հետ տապալում մի ողջ պետություն։ 2018-ին գալով իշխանության՝ հնարավոր և անհնար բոլոր խոստումները տալով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարչախումբը ապացուցեց, որ իրենցից ոչինչ հնարավոր չէ կերտել։ Երեք տարի փորձանք բերելով երկրի գլխին՝ այսօր էլ իշխանությունը շարունակում է նույն փնթի, թափթփված, կառավարման ունակություններից զուրկ միավորումը մնալ, նաև հավակնել կրկին ձեռք գցելու երկրի կառավարման ղեկը։ Եվ այստեղ կրկին ծագում է ամենակարեւոր խնդիրը՝ ո՞ւմ ընտրել և չսխալվել։ Կրկին ու կրկին հանրության հայացքը պետք է ուղղվի դեպի փորձառու մարդիկ, մարդիկ, ովքեր տնտեսություն են սարքել, հմտություններ ունեն կառավարման ոլորտում, լուրջ կապեր արտերկրում։

«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը հստակ տեսլական և մոտեցումներ ունի բոլոր ոլորտներում, կուսակցության նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ու ղեկավար անդամները բազմիցս են ապացուցել իրենց պատրաստվածությունն ու կայացած լինելու փաստը։ Արցախյան պատերազմի դասերից մեկն էլ, թերևս, անփորձ ու չկայացած քաղաքական ուժերի չվստահելու պարտադրանքն էր։ Անգամ գործող իշխանությունները չեն կարող հակառակը պնդել, որ փորձ, հմտություններ և կապեր ունեցող գործիչների դեպքում պատերազմի ընթացքն այսքան ցավալի չէր լինի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար։ Իսկ այսօր առաջնահերթը սահմանամերձ դարձած բնակավայրերի անվտանգության ապահովումն է, հայկական բանակի մարտունակության վերականգնումը, տնտեսությունը վերականգնելը, պատերազմից տուժածների խնդիրների լուծումը, հանրության բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակի բարելավումը։

Բոլոր այս ոլորտներում ԲՀԿ-ն ունի համապատասխան փորձ, իսկ կուսակցության նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մարդկային որակները, գործարար փորձը, անձնական կապերը Հայաստանին օգնել են անգամ այն պայմաններում, երբ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստանը» կառավարման համակարգում լծակներ չուներ։ Մեկ անգամ Հայաստանը ծանրագույն սխալ գործեց՝ անփորձներին երկրի կառավարում հանձնելով, երկրորդ անգամ նույնը կրկնելը ճակատագրական և անդառնալի հետևանքներ կունենա։
