Սյունքիքի դեպքերի մասին:

Հայաստանում տարածված աշխարհաքաղաքական ընկալումները թշնամու մասին կարելի է 2 մասի բաժանել՝ «պատմության վրա հիմնված» համոզմունք և «միջազգային հասարակության արդարության» վրա հիմնված դիրքերոշում: Իդեպ միջազգային ասելով նկատի ունեն Արևմուտքը:

Պատմության վրա հիմնված հասարակության հատվածը վստահ է, որ Ադրբեջանի խնդիրն Արցախը չի, Ադրբեջանի խնդիրը Ցեղասպանության կիսատ թողածն ավարտելնա, որ Ադրբեջանը կամ Թուրքիան երբեք ոչ մի «միջազգային օրենքի» չեն նայի ու մոտակա հնարավորության դեպքում կփորձեն զավթել ողջ Հայաստանը, որ Թուրքիայի հետ էթնիկ կոնֆլիկտի մեջ ենք և այլն:

«Միջազգային արդարադատության» վրա հիմնվածները վստահեցնում են, որ խնդիրը Արցախի կարգավիճակն է, որը միջազգայնորեն վիճելի է, ՀՀ-ի հետ կապված խնդիր չկա, Թուրքիան քաղաքակիրթ գործընկեր է, որը հարգում է Հայաստանի սուվերեն սահմանը, Ադրբեջանը հարգում է ՀՀ սահմանն ու չի համարձակվի ոտնձգություն անել միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված ՀՀ սահմանի նկատմամբ և այլն:

Ո՞ր տեսակետն է ճիշտ, ի՞նչ կարծիքի եք, «թուրքը մնում է թուրք», թե՞ «Ադրբեջանը հակառակորդ է (ոչ թե թշնամի)»:

Կարծում եմ վերջին պատերազմն ու հատկապես երեկվա Սյունիքի դեպքերն ապացուցեցին, որ «թուրքը մնում է թուրք» կամ պատմության հիման վրա մտածող մեր հասարակության հատվածը ճիշտ էր:

Ուղղակի մեր ողբերգությունն այն է, որ իշխանությունը վերցրել են մյուսները, ովքեր հավատում են, որ Ադրբեջանը հակառակորդ է, ոչ թե թշնամի, որ Թուրքիայի հետ կարելի է քաղաքակիրթ հարևանություն անել (նրանցից շատերը բազմաթիվ թրեյնինգներ են անցել հենց Թուրքիայում), որ Ադրբեջանը չի կարող ոտնձգություն անել ՀՀ սահմանի նկատմամբ ու այդ հիմնավորումով Ադրբեջանին նվիրեցին հազարավոր հեկտարներ հայրենիք և այլն:

Հիմա հարց, ինչու՞ այս նախընտրական շրջանում Ադրբեջանը «պադնոշկա» տվեց իր համար ամենաշահավետ Հայաստանի իշխանություններին, որոնք արդեն ապացուցել են, որ իվիճակի չեն խնդիրներ լուծել ու օգտվելով նրանից, որ ըստ էության Սյունիքում անիշխանություն է տիրում, բանակը ղեկավարվում է բանակի հետ 20 տարի ոչ մի կապ չունեցող մարդու կողմից (կամ բանակն անգլուխ է) սկսեց գրավել ՀՀ սահմանները: Չէ որ, եթե մի քիչ էլ սպասեին, հնարավոր է պարտված իշխանությունը նորից վերարտադրվի ու Ադրբեջանի համար հրաշալի շանս կլինի հետագա հաջողությունների համար:

Կարծում եմ շտապելու հիմնական պատճատն այն է, որ հնարավոր է Հայաստանում պարտված իշխանությունը չվերարտադրվի, իսկ իրենք շատ լավ են գիտակցում, որ ոչ պարտվողական, վճռական ու կռվող հայի հետ իրենք չեն կարող ոտք քցել: Այդ պատճառով, քանի Սյունիքում պետությունը բացակայում է, քանի բանակն անգլուխ է, պետք է մաքսիմում հարմար դիրքեր վերցնեն, ապագայում ողջ Սյունիքը, հետո էլ մնացած Հայաստանը գրավելու ու Ցեղասպանության կիսատ թաղածն ավարտելու համար:

Ու հեչ պատահական չի, որ երեկ իրենք գրավեցին ՀՀ այն հատվածը, որն ամենամոտն է Նախիջևանին:
