Փորձանքի ու անապահովության իշխանությունը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Օրեր առաջ ԱԺ-ում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նեղված բողոքում էր, թե իրենց մեղադրում են, որ կառավարման ամբողջ համակարգը ձախողված է: Հնարավոր ամեն կերպ ուզում էր ապացուցել, որ այդպես չէ: Լավ, սովորույթի ուժով մանիպուլ յացիա էր անում, արդարանում էր, դա հասկանալի է: Բայց, ի վերջո, Հայաստանի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի ամեն օր շոշափելիորեն զգում է այդ ձախողումների հետևանքները:
Երեկ լրատվական դաշտում ամբողջ օրը տեղեկություններ էին շրջանառվում Սյունիքի (ապա նաև Գեղարքունիքի) սահմաններին տեղի ունեցող մտահոգիչ երևույթների մասին: Տեղերից ստացվում էին անհանգստացնող տեղեկություններ:Պաշտոնական աղբյուրները լռում էին, իսկ «քայլողները» կոչ էին անում ապատեղեկատվություն չտարածել, ավելին՝ ոմանք նույնիսկ իրենց թույլ էին տալիս վիրավորել մարդկանց, ովքեր հենց իրադարձությունների կիզակետում են: «Ստախոսի տանը հրդեհ է բռնկվում, ոչ ոք չի հավատում»: Ժողովրդական այս ասացվածքը ճիշտ երեկվա համար է. որքան շատ էին նիկոլական պատգամավորներն ու քարոզիչները փորձում հերքել, կասկածներն այնքան խորանում էին: Ի վերջո, ՊՆ-ն բարեհաճեց հայտարարություն անել՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ «ադրբեջանական զինուժը, «սահմանների ճշգրտման» հիմնավորմամբ, փորձել է որոշակի աշխատանքներ իրականացնել Սյունիքի սահմանային հատվածներից մեկում»։ Հավելեցին, որ բանակցություններ են ընթանում: Ի դեպ, տպավորություն էր, որ եթե մամուլը չահազանգեր, իշխանություններն ու մասնավորաբար ՊՆ-ն չէին էլ իմանա՝ ինչ է կատարվում Հայաստանի սահմաններին:
Մանրամասների մասին երեկ շատ է խոսվել: Պարզապես հերթական անգամ արձանագրենք, որ այս իշխանությունները ոչնչի ունակ չեն, առավել ևս՝ երկրի անվտանգության առումով: Թշնամին անում է՝ ինչ ցանկանում է, Հայաստանի քաղաքացին, տեղական իշխանությունները մնացել են միայնակ, պետական կառույցներն իրարից անտեղյակ են: Իսկ օդում շարունակում է կախված մնալ հերթական փորձանքի ու անապահովության զգացողությունը: Ու այսպես, ցավոք, շարունակվելու է այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ Նիկոլն ու իր թիմը իշխանության ղեկին են:
Ի դեպ, ուշագրավ է, որ Սյունիքում բանակցություններ վարող ամենաբարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, Գորիսի քաղաքապետ, «Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության անդամ Առուշ Առուշանյանն էր:
