Էլեկտրոնային քվեարկությունը կմեկնարկի հունիսի 11-ին. ովքե՞ր կարող են քվեարկել, ե՞րբ կամփոփվեն արդյունքները
SOCIETYՀայաստանում հունիսի 20-ին կայանալիք արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների համար էլեկտրոնային եղանակով քվեարկությունը կմեկնարկի հունիսի 11-ին և կտևի մինչև հունիսի 13-ը:
Ըստ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի հրապարակած ժամանակացույցի՝ էլեկտրոնային եղանակով քվեարկությունը սկսվում է քվեարկության օրվանից 9 օր առաջ, այսինքն՝ հունիսի 11-ին Երևանի ժամանակով 08:00-ից և ավարտվում է քվեարկության օրվանից 7 օր առաջ, այսինքն՝ հունիսի 13-ին Երևանի ժամանակով 20:00-ին:
Էլեկտրոնային եղանակով քվեարկելու իրավունք ունեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դիվանագիտական կամ հյուպատոսական ներկայացուցչություններում դիվանագիտական ծառայություն անցնող ընտրողները և նրանց հետ արտերկրում բնակվող ընտանիքի` ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող անդամները, օտարերկրյա պետություններում երկարատև ծառայողական գործուղման կամ ուսման մեջ գտնվող զինծառայողները, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ-ում գրանցված իրավաբանական անձանց (անկախ սեփականության ձևից)` արտասահմանում տեղակայված ներկայացուցչությունների` ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող աշխատակիցները և նրանց հետ արտերկրում բնակվող ընտանիքի` ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող անդամները:
Ընդ որում՝ նրանց ցուցակները լիազոր մարմին ներկայացվում է քվեարկության օրվանից ոչ ուշ, քան 27 օր առաջ: Էլեկտրոնային եղանակով քվեարկող ընտրողների ցուցակը ԿԸՀ ներկայացվում է քվեարկության օրվանից ոչ ուշ, քան 24 օր առաջ: Իսկ ԿԸՀ-ն էլեկտրոնային եղանակով ընտրողների ցուցակը հանձնաժողովի համացանցային կայքում տեղադրում է ցուցակը ստանալու օրվանից 2 օրվա ընթացքում:
Էլեկտրոնային եղանակով քվեարկությանը մասնակցած ընտրողների ցուցակը լիազոր մարմին ներկայացվում է էլեկտրոնային քվեարկության համար սահմանված ժամկետի ավարտից ոչ ուշ, քան հաջորդ օրը ժամը 12:00-ին, այսինքն՝ հունիսի 14-ին ժամը 12:00-ին
Իսկ էլեկտրոնային քվեարկության արդյունքները կամփոփվեն և քվեարկության արդյունքների վերաբերյալ կազմված արձանագրությունը կհրապարակվի քվեարկության օրը, այսինքն՝ հունիսի 20-ին՝ ժամը 20:00-ից հետո:
Հայաստանում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախընտրական քարոզարշավը կմեկնարկի հունիսի 7-ին, կտևի մինչև հունիսի 18-ը:
