Տեղանքի ռազմավարական նշանակությունը և Մեծ Իշխանասար լեռան դերը պատկերացնելու համար

Իշխանասարի հատվածում թշնամին պետական սահմանը անցել է և ևս երեկ կիլոմետր առաջ եկել դեպի Վերիշեն բնակավայր ու հարյուրներով շարված են։ Այս պահին բանակցում են։
Սև լճի տարածքից կիլոմետրերով առաջ են եկել և կանգնել։ Եթե GPS-ով Սև լճի 30տոկոսն էր թշնամունը, սրանք էնքան են իրենց արտոնեալ համարում, որ որոշել են հասնել մինչև բնակավայր ու Շուռնուխի օրինակով առաջ գալ։ Ժողովուրդ չգիտեմ` էլի ով ինչ կհերքի, բայց լսեք Սյունեցիների ահազանգը, բոլորիս վերջը գալու է, եթե շարունակենք այս վտանգավոր անտարբերությունը։
Մյուս փոխհամայնքապետ Մենուա Հովսեփյանն իր հերթին հայտնում է, որ
«Ինչպես և կանխատեսում էինք մեր` Հայերիս թշնամին` թուրքը Սև լճի տարածքում առաջ է եկել և փորձ է կատարում տեղակայվելու, ի դեպ ասեմ Սև լճի մեծ մասը մեզ է պատկանում նույնիսկ ալիևանիկոլական քարտեզներով.
Սև լճի տարածքում գտնվող արհեստական ջրամբարից է իրականացվում համայնքի ոռոգման ջրի ջրամատակարարումը, ի դեպ ջրամբարի պլատինան հենց նույն քարտեզներով անցել է թուրքին:
Փոխարեն ԱԺ ամբիոնից ամպագոռգոռ և սուտ հայտարարություններ տարածելուն լավ կլիներ ամիսներ շարունակ մեր կողմից բարձրացվող խնդիրներին ականջ դնեիք, ամոթի զգացում ունեցեք...»:
ՊՆ-ն պաշտոնապես նշում է. «Մայիսի 12-ի վաղ առավոտյան ադրբեջանական զինուժը, «սահմանների ճշգրտման» հիմնավորմամբ, փորձել է որոշակի աշխատանքներ իրականացնել Սյունիքի սահմանային հատվածներից մեկում։ Հայկական ստորաբաժանումների ձեռնարկած միջոցառումներից հետո ադրբեջանական զինվորականները դադարեցրել են այդ աշխատանքները։ Այս պահին ընթանում են բանակցություններ՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակը հարթելու ուղղությամբ։
