Չորս պայման Հայաստանի վարչապետ դառնալու համար․ hարկ է ընտրել ազգային ուժի

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը խորհրդարանի ինքնալուծարումից հետո թևակոխում է նախընտրական փուլ, տասնյակ, միգուցե ավելի քաղաքական ուժեր հայտ են ներկայացնում՝ մասնակցելու արտահերթ ընտրություններին։ Որքան էլ նշենք գաղափարական պայքարի անհրաժեշտության մասին, այդուհանդերձ, Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները, ընտրություն կատարելիս, առաջին հերթին առաջնորդվում են քաղաքական թիմի առաջնորդի անձով։ Համենայն դեպս, այդպես է եղել անկախության ողջ ընթացքում, այդ միտումը, ցավոք, կպահպանվի նաև առաջիկայում։ Նման պայմաններում կարևորագույն հարցը մեկն է՝ ո՞վ կարող է հավակնել Հայաստանի հաջորդ վարչապետի պաշտոնին։ Ընտրողը պետք է հնարավորություն ունենա հստակ տարանջատել կեղծը՝ ճշմարիտից, ազգայինը՝ ապազգայինից, պոպուլիզմը՝ իրական գործից։
«Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Խաչիկ Ասրյանը միակն է, ով հստակ չափորոշիչներ է առաջադրում վարչապետի հաջորդ ընտրության համար։ Ասրյանը նախօրեին արձանագրել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ղեկավարի պաշտոնը կարող է զբաղեցնել արցախյան պատերազմներին մասնակցած, պետական կառավարման համակարգում առնվազն հինգ տարվա աշխատանքային փորձ ունեցած, կոռուպցիայի մեջ չթաթախված, ազգային արժեքների կրող, Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու հետևորդ և արտաքին հստակ ուղղվածություն ունեցող գործիչ։
Իհարկե, կարելի է տասնյակ այլ պահանջներ ներկայացնել վարչապետի թեկնածուին, սակայն հենց Ասրյանի արձանագրած այս չափորոշիչներին համապատասխանող անձն է, որ կարող է ստանձնել երկրի ղեկը և դուրս բերել պատերազմից հետո ստեղծված աննախադեպ ճգնաժամից։ Առաջիկայում ընտրական մարաթոնի մասնակիցները հանրահավաքներում և հարցազրույցներում, ելույթներում և քարոզներում փորձելու են ստանալ ընտրողի քվեն։ Հայաստանը փոքր երկիր է, որտեղ բոլորը բոլորին ճանաչում են։ Եվ նույնիսկ տեղեկատվական աղմուկը չի կարողանա լռեցնել Հայաստանի քաղաքացուն։ Ընդամենը պետք է նայել հավակնորդների ցանկը, գնահատել նրանց կարողությունները, հասկանալ, թե ով կարող է դառնալ Հայաստանի վարչապետ։ Իսկ ընտրությունը, փաստենք, այնքան էլ մեծ չէ։
«Հայաստանի վարչապետի այն թեկնածուն, ով չի համապատասխանում վերոնշյալ բոլոր չափորոշիչներին, երբեք չի կարող հավակնել Հայաստանի հաջորդ վարչապետի պաշտոնին, ասել է թե՝ չի կարող լինել Հայաստանի ու հայ ազգի առաջնորդը»,- նշել է Խաչիկ Ասրյանը։
