Մեր տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունը հատկապես ինտենսիվ աշխատում է կրիմինալ աշխարհի վրա՝ փորձում է լեզու գտնել եւ իր դաշտ բերել բոլոր գողականներին, կիսագողականներին, հեղինակություններին եւ առհասարակ՝ ձայների քիչ թե շատ քանակ ունեցող անձանց։ Եվ դրա համար իշխանության լիազոր անձինք հանդիպում-բանակցում են նրանցից շատերի հետ։ Պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերում, որ աշխատեն իշխանությունների օգտին։ Նրանք, ի դեպ, միշտ էլ իշխանությունների օգտին են աշխատել։ Նաեւ այդ նկատառումներով, բերդերից հանում են ոմանց։ Սա էլ է նախկին իշխանությունների ձեռագիրը։

Օրերս կալանքից ազատվել է քրեական հեղինակություն համարվող Արամ Վարդանյանը՝ Վստրեչի Ապերը, սակայն նրա փաստաբաններն այս փաստը գաղտնի են պահել։ Դատախազությունից հաստատեցին մեր տեղեկությունը՝ նշելով, որ Վարդանյանն ազատ է արձակվել մայիսի 3-ին՝ գրավով։ «Առաջին ատյանի դատարանը, որը, ըստ էության, քննում է գործը, բավարարել է պաշտպանության կողմի միջնորդությունը։ Դատախազությունն այդ որոշման դեմ վերաքննիչ բողոք է այսօր ներկայացրել»,- փոխանցեցին դատախազությունից։

Հիշեցնենք․ Վարդանյանն ազատ էր արձակվել հունվարին՝ 75 միլիոն դրամ գրավի դիմաց: Առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշման դեմ դատախազությունը բողոք էր ներկայացրել, որը բավարարվել էր, եւ նա կրկին կալանավորվել էր՝ մոտ տասն օր ազատության մեջ մնալուց հետո։ Հիմա, փաստորեն, կրկին ազատ են արձակել։ Արամ Վարդանյանը մեղադրվում է քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման մարմիններին սուտ տեղեկություններ հաղորդելու, փաստաթղթեր կեղծելու, շորթման եւ փողերի լվացման մեջ։ Այս գործով նիստը դատարանը քննում է դռնփակության կարգով:
