ԱՐՑԱԽԻ ԵՎ ՍՅՈՒՆԻՔԻ ՓՐԿՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՄԱՍԻՆ

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ի․ Ալիևը կրկին հոխորտացել է, որ «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ անունով տարածք Ադրբեջանում գոյություն չունի», «ԼՂ հակամարտությունը լուծված է» և որ հայկական կողմից Շուշին ու Հադրութը վերադարձնելու փոքր-ինչ վտանգի դեպքում «տեղում կոչնչացնեն»։ Իհարկե, չի մոռացել ասել նաև, որ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը պիտի բացվի և բացվելու է»։

Սա նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանում շատ լավ հասկանում են, որ

ա․ Հայաստանում ազգային ներհայեցողությամբ իշխանությունների առկայության դեպքում Արցախի և Սյունիքի վերաազատագրումն իրոք հնարավոր է՝ և՛ տեխնիկապես, և՛ աշխարհագրորեն:

բ․ ՀՀ դե-ֆակտո թյուրքամետ և կոլաբորացիոնիստ իշխանությունները չունեն դիմադրական որևէ կորով,

գ․ և քանի դեռ նրանք են իշխանության, պետք է Հայաստանին ամեն կերպ ծնկի բերել՝ թույլ չտալով բանակ վերստեղծել և ստանալով միջանցք Սյունիքով;

դ․ ՀՀ դե-ֆակտո թյուրքամետ և կոլաբորացիոնիստ իշխանությունները ձեռք են քաշել Արցախի հարցից՝ այն ամբողջությամբ թողնելով Ռուսաստանի վրա, այսինքն՝ այս հարցում մենակ են թողել պոտենցիալ դաշնակցին, հետևաբար՝ Ադրբեջանի համար լավ շանս է՝ դիվանագիտական ամբողջ ճնշումն այս հարցով ուղղելու Ռուսաստանի դեմ՝ «հիշեցնելով», որ «հակամարտություն էլ չկա», և որ ռուսական խաղաղապահներին Բաքվում «ուրախ չեն»։

ԵԶՐԱԿԱՑՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ

Հայկական նախագիծի հարատևման ճամփին առաջին լուծումաքայլը ՀՀ դե-ֆակտո թյուրքամետ և կոլաբորացիոնիստ իշխանություններից ազատվելն է։ Իսկ այդ ճանապարհին կարևոր առաջնահերթություն է, որ որպես ընդդիմություն ինքնանույնականացող խմբերն իրենց ամբողջ ուշադրությունը բևեռած պահեն նա՛խ Արցախի, ապա նաև Սյունիքի վրա։ Արցախի մոռացումը Հայաստանի ավարտն է։
