Ադրբեջանը ե՞րբ կվերադարձնի հայ ռազմագերիներին․ «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Ակնհատ է` Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները պահում են հայ ռազմագերիներին նաեւ մեր երկրի ներքաղաքական կյանքի վրա ազդեցության լրջագույն լծակ ունենալու համար: Ադրբեջանն ուշի-ուշով հետեւում է Հայաստանում ու Արցախում տեղի ունեցող ներքաղաքական զարգացումներին: Կարճ ասած` Հայաստանից մի նյարդ է պոկվել ու գտնվում է Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների ձեռքերում, եւ անընդհատ ցավեցնելու միտում կա մեր հարեւան, բայց ոչ բարեկամ երկրի կողմից։ Տարածված կարծիք կա, որ գերիների հարցն անպայման լուծվելու է, եւ հարաբերությունների վերջնական կարգավորումից հետո մեր հայրենակիցները հետ կգան: Որոշ դիվանագիտական աղբյուրներ դա պայմանավորում են արտաքին քաղաքական հարցերի հետ, ոմանք էլ` Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական կայունությամբ:
Վերջերս մասնագիտական շրջանակներում սկսել է գերիշխել տեսակետ, համաձայն որի` Ադրբեջանը չի վերադարձնում հայ ռազմագերիներին երկու պարզ պատճառով.
1) որպեսզի է՛լ ավելի լարի Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական վիճակը ու թուլացնի Հայաստանը,
2) ճիշտ է, միջազգային փորձագետները, այդ թվում նաեւ՝ մեր ռուս գործընկերներն էլ հաստատում են, որ ամենայն հավանականությամբ Փաշինյանն արտահերթ ընտրություններին կվերընտրվի, բայց Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է զգուշանալ։
Հայ ռազմագերիներին չվերադարձնելու պատճառներից մեկն էլ այն է, որ Ադրբեջանում, որքան էլ հավանական համարեն ընտրություններում Փաշինյանի հաղթանակը, միեւնույնն է, շարունակում են պահել ռազմագերիներին, որպեսզի եթե հանկարծ Հայաստանում իշխանափոխություն լինի, լծակներ ունենան նոր իշխանության վրա ճնշումներ գործադրելու։ Պարզ է, որ ներքաղաքական կայունություն ապահովելու համար անհրաժեշտ է, որպեսզի հունիսի 20-ի ընտրություններից հետո քաղաքական թիմերն այլեւս միմյանց դեմ ագրեսիվության այս չափաբաժնով չպայքարեն, ընդունեն արդյունքներն ու գնան առաջ: Հակառակ պարագայում, եթե չեղավ կայունություն, ու շարունակվեց այս աստիճանի լարված ներքաղաքական պայքարը, ապա թե՛ գերիների, թե՛ մյուս հարցերը կմնան օդում կախված, իսկ Հայաստանն անընդհատ հյուծվող պետություն կդառնա՝ ապակայուն իրավիճակով»:
