Չիրականացված 15 կետ․ Փաշինյանի ներկայացրած ճանապարհային քարտեզի հետքերով․ «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 18-ին ՀՀ վարչապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրապարակել էր 15 կետից բաղկացած ճանապարհային քարտեզ, որտեղ նշել էր, որ իր կառավարությունն այս 6 ամիսներին զբաղված է լինելու դրանց իրագործմամբ: Ավելին՝ Փաշինյանը նշել էր, թե հունիսին ինքը հանդես կգա ճանապարհային քարտեզի իրագործման հաշվետվությամբ:
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի՝ կառավարությանը մոտ կանգնած աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ այս օրերին գործադիր մարմինը փորձում է այդ կետերի իրագործման հետ կապված քայլերն ամփոփել, քանի որ Փաշինյանը պատրաստվում է առաջիկա նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ժամանակ դրանք ներկայացնել ու հայտարարել, որ իրենք ինչ խոստանում են, դա անում են: Ու նաեւ դա է եղել պատճառը, որ մայիսի 6-7-ի գիշերները ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը արտահերթ նիստեր հրավիրեց ու արագ-արագ անցկացրեց Ընտրական օրենսգրքի փոփոխությունները (ճանապարհային քարտեզում ԸՕ-ի փոփոխությունը եւս ներառված է եղել): Բայց հայրենի կառավարությունը դժվարին կացության մեջ է այն բանի համար, որ այդ նույն ճանապարհային քարտեզում առկա են այնպիսի կետեր, որ առաջիա օրերին անհնարին է իրագործել, որպեսզի Փաշինյանը կարողանա հայտարարել, թե իրենք ճանապարհային քարտեզը կյանքի են կոչել, ինչի համար էլ գնում են ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների:
Նույն ճանապարհային քարտեզում նշված էր գերեվարված զինվորականների եւ քաղաքացիական անձանց շուտափույթ վերադարձ, որը չի կատարվել, տնտեսական ակտիվության վերականգնում, Ղարաբաղի հարցի բանակցային գործընթացի վերականգնում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ձեւաչափով՝ Արցախի կարգավիճակի եւ իրենց բնակության վայրեր արցախցիների վերադարձի հարցի առաջնահերթության ընդգծմամբ, Զինված ուժերում բարեփոխումներ եւ այլն: Այս ամենը որեւէ ձեւով 44-օրյա պատերազմի ավարտից հետո իրականություն չեն դառնում: Ու, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, Փաշինյանի թիմը լծված է այս ճանապարհային քարտեզը ներկայացնել այնպես, իբրեւ թե 15 կետն էլ իրենք կարողացել են իրականացնել»:
