Տեսանյութ. Հայաստանին Ազգային-Քրիստոնյա իշխանություն է պետք ցնցումներից խուսափելու համար
VIDEOՀայաստանի խորհրդարանն այսօր ինքնալուծարվելու է, և երկիրը կմտնի նախընտրական քարոզարշավի փուլ, քաղաքական ուժերը մենակ կամ դաշինքով կսկսեն պատրաստվել հունիսի 20-ի քվեարկությանը։ Արդեն իսկ տասնյակ քաղաքական ուժեր հայտարարել են տարբեր դաշինքների ստեղծման մասին, սակայն առայժմ չի ստեղծվել մաքուր ազգայնական գաղափարներ կրող դաշինք, որի անհրաժեշտությունը, ընդունեք, որ իսկապես կա։
Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ շուտով սկսվելու է նման դաշինքի ստեղծման գործընթաց՝ «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության գլխավորությամբ։ Կուսակցությունը դեռ միակ ազգայնական ուժն է, որ հստակ և աներկբա ներկայացրել է իր տեսլականը Հայաստանի հետագա զարգացման ուղղությամբ, իսկ ազգայնական գաղափարներ կրող այլ անհատներն ու միավորումները դեռևս չեն արձագանքել, չեն ներկայացրել իրենց մոտեցումները։ Իսկ դրանց համադրման, նման դաշինքի ստեղծելու անհրաժեշտությունը վաղուց է արձանագրված։ «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Խաչիկ Ասրյանն էլ ամիսներ առաջ ներկայացրել է կուսակցության մոտեցումները բոլոր ոլորտներում, Հայաստանի կենսական շահերը պաշտպանելու առումով։
Ծրագիրը, ինչ խոսք, ծավալուն է, սակայն մի քանի դրույթներ հարկ է ներկայացնել նորից ու նորից։ Սակավ քաղաքական ուժեր են այսօր պնդում Սահմանադրական հանրաքվե անցկացնելու, Հայաստանի կառավարման համակարգը նախագահական դարձնելու կարիքը։ Կիսանախագահական և խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգերը վերջին երեք տասնամյակներում ի ցույց դրեցին իրենց թերությունները, ճգնաժամային իրավիճակներում խոցելի կետերը։ «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը հստակ է հայտարարել նախագահական կառավարման համակարգի անցնելու մասին։ Խաչիկ Ասրյանը նաև ընդգծում է հստակ արտաքին քաղաքական կողմնորոշման մասին հայտարարելու, գործադիր-կառավարման համակարգի արդիականացման, աշխատանքի հստակ կազմակերպման անհրաժեշտությունը։
«Ավելին, հաշվի առնելով, որ Երկիր մոլորակում տեղի են ունենում աշխարհաքաղաքական սրընթաց փոփոխություններ, և աշխարհի հատկապես գերտերություններն ու միջազգային կազմակերպություններն արդեն իսկ առաջնային, գլխավոր են դարձրել պետությունների տարածքային ամբողջականությունն, այլ ոչ թե ազգերի ինքնորոշումը, ուստի, Հայաստանի հաջորդ՝ Ազգային-Քրիստոնյա իշխանությունը միշտ խոսելու է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային ամբողջականության մասին, որի մեջ պարտադիր ընդգրկված կլինի ամբողջական Արցախը»,- մի առիթով շեշտել է Խաչիկ Ասրյանը։
Այս կարևորագույն կետերի շուրջ էլ կարող է տեղի ունենալ ազգային և քրիստոնեական գաղափարներով տոգորված անհատների և ուժերի միավորումը, եթե իսկապես ցանկանում են ուժեղ և զարգացած Հայաստան ունենալ։
