COVID-19 и пищеварение: На какие симптомы нужно обратить внимание?

Коронавирусная инфекция COVID-19 считается респираторным заболеванием, однако она поражает и другие органы и системы, в том числе – пищеварительную.
Симптомы поражения коронавирусом пищеварительной системы могут варьироваться от одного человека к другому, но некоторые из них встречаются у многих заболевших. Вот признаки, которые могут указывать на заражение коронавирусом.
Диарея и боли в животе
Согласно исследованиям, 1 из 5 пациентов с COVID-19 сталкивается с расстройством желудка, сопровождаемым диареей или болями в животе.
Потеря аппетита
Китайские исследователи утверждают, что порядка 80% пациентов с COVID-19 в стране сообщили о потере аппетита.
Тошнота
Примерно у 10% пациентов с коронавирусной инфекцией тошнота (иногда и диарея) возникает за два дня до развития лихорадки. И она таким образом может указывать на заболевание еще до появления других симптомов.
