ԱԱԾ-ն բացահայտել է ծանր հանցագործության դեպք (տեսանյութ)
VIDEOՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Երևանի քաղաքային վարչության աշխատակիցները, հետևողականորեն շարունակելով հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի՝ իրենց գործառույթի իրականացումը, օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտել են ծանր հանցագործության հերթական դեպքը:
Պարզվել է, որ Կոտայքի մարզի Կոտայք գյուղի բնակիչ Հ. Ք-ի և Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ Ա.Մ-ի միջև տարիների ընթացքում ձևավորված փոխհարաբերությունների բնույթը վերջինիս հնարավորություն է տվել մշտապես ընդգծել իր անձնային առավելությունը Հ.Ք-ի նկատմամբ, ինչի պատճառով Հ.Ք-ն խուսափել է նրա հետ շփումներից:
Գիտակցելով Հ.Ք-ի նկատմամբ առավելություն ունենալու հանգամանքը և օգտվելով նրա խոցելի վարքագծից՝ Ա. Մ-ն Հ.Ք-ի և նրա ընտանիքի անդամների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու, նրանց գույքը ոչնչացնելու սպառնալիքով 2021 թվականի մայիսի 3-ին կայացած հերթական հանդիպման ընթացքում Հ.Ք-ից շորթման եղանակով պահանջել է խոշոր չափերի՝ 627.410 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 1.000 եվրո գումար, ինչի արդյունքում վերջինս հարկադրված տվել է իր համաձայնությունը:
Նախկինում ավազակություն կատարելու համար դատապարտված Ա.Մ-ն, իրագործելով իր հանցավոր դիտավորությունը, 2021 թվականի մայիսի 6-ին Աբովյան քաղաքում Հ.Ք-ից ստացել է շորթման եղանակով պահանջված 1.000 եվրո գումարը և փորձել դեպքի վայրից դիմել փախուստի, սակայն տեղում բռնվել և բերման է ենթարկվել ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից: Անձնական խուզարկությամբ նրա մոտ հայտնաբերվել է շորթված գումարն ամբողջությամբ:
Խոշոր չափերով շորթում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում Ա.Մ-ն ձերբակալվել է:
Նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստական տվյալների արդյունքում Ա.Մ-ն ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ և նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:
Քրեադատավարական թույլատրելի գործիքակազմի կիրառմամբ ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, ինչպես նաև հնարավոր այլ տուժողների առկայությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
