Ռազմական հանցագործ Բաքվի բռնապետ Ալիևը աշխարհում պետք է լինի առաջին ռազմական հանցագործը, ով կդատվի իր նախագահության օրոք։ Մենք այսօր այս օրակարգը պետք է բերենք առաջնային պլան, մենք միջազգային բոլոր կառույցների դեռների առջև գիշեր-ցերեկ պետք է մեր բողոքներով կանգնած լինենք։

Ալիևին ուղղված մեղադրանքների մեջ պետք է մտնի ոչ միայն խաղաղ բնակչության թիրախավորումը, հիվանդանոցների թիրախավորումը, այլ նաև կրոնական հողի վրա սպանելու, ավերելու հրամանը։ Մի քանի օր առաջ հրապարակված սպանված քաղաքացիական անձ համարվող գերիների անուններից պարզ է դառնում, որ այդ մարդկանցից շատերը ծերեր են եղել, ամուսիներ, ովքեր չեն լքել իրենց տները, այն տները, որոնք նույնիսկ խորհրդային տարիներին են պատկանելիս եղել իրենց։ Այդ մարդիկ կրոանակն և ազգային պատկանելության համար ենթարկվել են խոշտանգման և սպանվել են։

Բացի դա, բազմաթիվ են ապացույցները, որ Ադրբեջանի կանոնավոր բանակի զինծառայողները խոշտանգումների են ենթարկել ոչ միայն ողջ մնացած և գերեվարված հայկական բանակի զինծառայողներին , այլ նաև արդեն զոհված զինծառայողների մարմիններն են անարգել, այրել և այլն։

Ահաբեկչական խմբավորներին հատուկ այս գործելաոճը, որն իրականացրել է ադրբեջանական կանոնավոր բանակը ռազմական դրության ժամանակ, այսինքն այն ժամանակ, երբ բանակի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարը եղել է Ալիևը, խոսում է նրա մասին, որ հենց Ալիևն է նմանատիպ հրամանների հեղինակը և հրամանների կատարման ապացույցներն էլ հենց այդ տեսանյութերն են որոքն պարբերաբար հայտնվում են համացանցում։

Մենք այսօր պետք է մեծ խնդիրենր ստեղծենք Ադրբեջանի համար այս կոնտեքստում, ինչպես նաև պահանջենք միջազգային կառույցներից բազմապրոֆիլ փորձագիտական հանձնաժողովների ստեղծում GPS-ով գծվող ամեն մի սմ սահմանի համար։
