Քոչարյանը վերջին անգամ հանրահավաքի հարթակում եղել էր 2003-ին. «Հայաստան» դաշինքը հանրահավաք անցկացրեց
POLITICSԵրևանի Ազատության հրապարակում անցկացվեց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գլխավորած «Հայաստան» դաշինքի հանրահավաքը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Քոչարյանը հիշեց՝ վերջին անգամ հանրահավաքի հարթակում եղել է 2003 թվականին Մատենադարանի դիմաց՝ նախագահական ընտրություններից 1 օր առաջ, հետ է վարժվել հանրահավաքներին:
«Մտքովս նույնիսկ չէր անցնում, որ կարող եմ վերադառնալ և հայտ ներկայացնել իշխանության համար: Սակայն, այն վտանգները, որոնք այսօր կան մեր երկրի առջև, ստիպում են ետ գալ և պայքարել, հակառակը կլինի դասալիքություն»,-ասաց նա:
Ըստ նրա՝ երկրի առջև ծառացած 3 խնդիր կա. առաջինը՝ այսօր ՀՀ-ն անվտանգ չէ, Սյունիքի սահմաններն անվտանգ չեն: Ըստ նրա՝ գործող իշխանությունը ոչինչ չի անում բանակը վերականգնելու համար: Քոչարյանը վստահեցրեց, որ իրենց նպատակն է հաստատել արժանապատիվ խաղաղություն: Նրա խոսքով՝ երկրորդ հարցն այն է, որ Ղարաբաղի ապագան բավական մշուշոտ է: «Ստորագրված հայտարարությամբ ենթադրվում է, որ 4.5 տարի անց Ադրբեջանը կարող է հրաժարվել ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորքերից»,-ասաց Քոչարյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ գործող իշխանությունը «պարտության դեմք է» հանդիսանում և չի կարող արդյունավետ բանակցող լինել: Հետևաբար, ըստ նրա, պետք է գա մի իշխանություն, որն ի վիճակի է արհեստավարժ ձևով, հպարտ բանակցել և հասնել Ղարաբաղի համար բարենպաստ լուծումների։ Քոչարյանը կարծում է, որ իրենք կարող են դա անել: Որպես երրորդ խնդիր` նա նշեց տնտեսական ճգնաժամը: Գործող իշխանության հեռացման համար, ըստ Քոչարյանի, հետհաշվարկ է սկսվել. մնացել է 42 օր:
ՀՅԴ գերագույն մարմնի ներկայացուցիչ Իշխան Սաղթելյանն էլ նշեց, որ «Հայաստան» դաշինքը ձևավորվել է հանուն Արցախի, հանուն Հայաստանի, հանուն հայ ժողովրդի հարատև անվտանգության, բարգավաճման, բարեկեցության և զարգացման: «Մենք պատրաստ ենք խոսել մեր անցյալից, մեր բացթողումներից և սխալներից, բայց այժմ մեր պայքարը հանուն Հայաստանի ներկայի և ապագայի է»,-ասաց նա:
Ելույթ ունեցավ նաև «Ճշմարտություն սերունդների համար» նախաձեռնության համակարգող Գեղամ Նազարյանը, ում որդին զոհվել է պատերազում:
«Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանն էլ ասաց. «Մենք գալիս ենք, որպեսզի վերականգնենք մեր պետականությունը, մեր հեղինակությունը բոլոր միջազգային ասպարեզներում: Մենք գալիս ենք, որ միավորենք մեր ազգը, Հայաստանը: Կեցցե Արցախը: Մեր անունը «պայքար է» և մեր ճակատագիրը՝ «հաղթանակը»»:
Մայիսի 9-ին երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցության գերագույն մարմնի ներկայացուցիչ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը և «Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանը ստորագրել են «Հայաստան» դաշինքի հռչակագիրը: Հունիսի 20-ին նախատեսվող ատահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում դաշինքի ցուցակը կգլխավորի Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը:
