Իտալիայում հայտնաբերվել է Հռոմի առաջին կայսեր արձանի` մոտ 2000-ամյա մարմարե գլուխը (լուսանկար)
CULTUREԻտալիայի Մոլիզե շրջանի Իսերնիա քաղաքում հայտնաբերվել է Հռոմի առաջին կայսեր՝ Գայոս Հուլիոս Կեսար Օկտավիանոս Օգոստոսի արձանի մարմարե գլուխը, որը, նախնական գնահատականներով, մոտ 2000 տարվա հնության է, հայտնում է CNN-ը։
Հնագետ Ֆրանչեսկո Ջանքոլան ասել է, որ մարմարե գլուխը հայտնաբերվել է հնագույն պատի վերականգնման ժամանակ, որը փլվել է 2013 թվականին՝ հորդառատ անձրևների հետևանքով:
«Ես տեսա, որ հողի գույնը փոխվեց: Մենք շարունակեցինք փորել և երևաց մարմարի մի կտոր: Ես անմիջապես տեսա, որ դա Օգոստոսի արձանին պատկանող գլուխն է», - ասել է հնագետը։
Գտածոյի բարձրությունը 35 սանտիմետր է:
Օկտավիանոս Օգոստոսը հին հռոմեական քաղաքական գործիչ, Հռոմեական կայսրության հիմնադիրն է, որը 13 անգամ զբաղեցրել է կոնսուլի պաշտոնը, մ.թ.ա. 12 թվականից եղել է մեծ պոնտիֆեքս, մ.թ.ա. 23 թվականից ունեցել է տրիբունի (tribunicia potestas) լիազորություններ և մ.թ.ա. 2 թվականին ստացել է «հայրենիքի հայր» պատվավոր տիտղոսը:
