Արցախի ճանաչման անհրաժեշտության մասին

Գիտե՞ք ամենից շատ ինչից է վախենում Ալիևը: Այո, Արցախի հնարավոր ճանաչումից: Քանի որ իր սանձազերծած պատերազմն իր իսկ ժողովուրդը կհամարի ավելի մեծ պարտություն, քան Արցախի առաջին պատերազմում կրածը:

1.Արցախի ճանաչումը՝ որպես միջազգային ճնշման գործիք Ալիևին շատ բան կարող է պարտադրել: Գերիների վերադարձից, մինչև բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ նստել և գնալ լուրջ զիջումների՝ ասենք Հադրութի հարցում:

2.Առաջին քայլը պետք է անի Հայաստանը: Մեր, հետո նաև միջազգային ճանաչումը պետք է Դամոկլյան թրի (Damoclis gladius) պես կախված լինի Ալիևի գլխին:

3.Գնալով պատերզմի, Ալիևը երեք զկբունքներից երկուսը «բավարարեց»: Նախ իր կարծիքով վերականգնեց տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, ուժ կիրառեց, հետո նաև ուժի կիրառման սպառնալիքով ստացավ ավելին, քան իրեն հասանելի էր ըստ նախնական բանակցությունների:

4.30 տարի շարունակ ՄԽ համանախագահները պնդել են, որ երեք սկզբունքները (վերոշարադրյալները գումարած ինքնորոշումը) հավասար արժեքներ են: Այսինքն, այս իրավիճակում մնացել է չիրացված միայն ազգերի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը:

5.Բոլորն են հասկանում՝ այդ թվում նաև հայտարարում, որ Արցախի խնդիրը լուծված չէ, քանի դեռ կողմերից մեկը բավարարված չէ (տես՝ Բայդենի նամակը Ալիևին և ՄԽ վերջին հայտարարությունները՝ խնդրի վերջնական կարգավորման անհրաժեշտության մասին), քանի որ, եթե ոչ այսօր, ապա վաղը Հայաստանը գնալու է իր պատկերացրած սցենարի իրագործմանը:

Ցավոք ներհայաստանյան քաղաքական դիսկուրսում Արցախի ճանաչման հարցում հետևողականություն միայն «Ադեկվադ»-ի մոտ եմ տեսել: Հուսամ նախընտրական փուլում այս կարևորագույն հարցի շուրջ կլինի կոնսոլիդացիա: Կամ՝ կոնսոլիդացիա մինուս մեկ:
