Խփում է ոստիկանը, կալանավորվում է քաղաքացին
SOCIETYYerkir.am-ը գրում է. «Ապրիլի 21-ին, Սյունիք այցելելուց և սյունեցիների «ջերմ ողջույնին» արժանանալուց հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ապօրինի հանձնարարություններ տվեց իրավապահ մարմիններին «հստակ և կոշտ արձագանքել» քաղաքացիների գործողություններին։ Բռնություններ գործադրելու այս ցուցումը կատարելով, նույն գիշերը, իրավապահները, ապօրինի, քաղաքացիների արժանապատվությունը ոտնահարելով և նսեմացնելով «բերման ենթարկեցին» երեսունից ավելի քաղաքացիների։ Իրավապահ մարմինների այս ակնհայտ հակաօրինական վարքագիծը բողոք առաջացրեց նաև Երևանում և Հայաստանի այլ բնակավայրերում: Ապրիլի 22-ին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության մոտ խաղաղ հավաք անցկացրեցին ավելի քան հազար ցուցարարներ, որոնք պահանջում էին ազատ արձակել ապօրինի ձերբակալվածներին և քրեական գործ հարուցել բռնություններ կատարելու հանձնարարական տված, իրականացրած և դրանք արդարացնող պետական պաշտոնյանների նկատմամբ:
Այս հարցերի վերաբերյալ գլխավոր դատախազը (նրան փոխարինող տեղակալը) մերժեց իջնել և հանդիպել ցուցարարների հետ: Դրա հետևանքով լարված իրավիճակում սկսվեց հրմշտոց ոստիկանների և ցուցարարների միջև, որի ժամանակ ոստիկանները սկսեցին անհամաչափ ուժի կիրառումը։ Հատուկ թիրախավորումով ոստիկանները հարվածներ հասցնելով, սկսեցին բերման ենթարկել ՀՅԴ անդամներին և ցույցի այլ մասնակիցների։ Մասնավորապես, տեսանյութում հստակ երևում է, թե ինչպես է Ասլիկյան ազգանունով Ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի ծառայող սպան բռունցքով և արմունկով կանխամտածված մի քանի անգամ հարվածում Հայկ Հեքիմյանի դեմքին և գլխին։ Ցույցի կազմակերպիչների համառ ջանքերի շնորհիվ միայն մոտ կես ժամ հետո հաջողվում է խաղաղեցնել իրավիճակը։
Սակայն իրավապհները չեն հանդարտվում։ Շարունակելով «իրացնել» ստացված ապօրինի հրահանգը, նրանք քրեական գործ են հարուցում դատախազության մոտ կատարված իրադարձությունների մասով և հաջորդ օրը ձերբակալում են Հայկ Հեքիմյանին։ Դատարանը մեկ օր անց ոչ իրավաչափ է ճանաչում նրա ձերբակալությունը, սակայն ապրիլի 25-ին քննչական կոմիտեն առաջին ատյանի դատարան միջնորդություն է ներկայացնում Հայկ Հեքիմյանին կալանավորելու վերաբերյալ։ Դատավոր Գագիկ Պողոսյանը, չնայած ներկայացված տեսագրությանը, որտեղ ակնհայտ երևում է, որ ոստիկանը միտումնավոր հարվածներ է հասցնում Հայկ Հեքիմյանին, և միայն դրանից հետո վերջինս արձագանքում ոստիկանին՝ ապտակելով վերջիս, ապրիլի 28-ին Հայկ Հեքիմյանին կալանավորելու որոշում է կայացնում:
Սրանով սակայն ապօրինությունները չեն ավարտվում։ Հայկ Հեքիմյանի փաստաբան Բենիկ Գալստյանը բողոք է ներկայացրել Վերաքննիչ դատարան, սակայն արդեն ավելի քան մեկ շաբաթ Դատավոր Գագիկ Պողոսյանը Վերաքննիչ դատարան չի ուղարկվում բողոքարկվող դատական ակտը։
