INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌԴ-ն գնահատում է ԼՂ խնդրի կարգավորման հարցում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները: Այս մասին ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպմանը նշել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը:
«Մենք երախտապարտ ենք Ձեզ` այն բանի համար, որ Դուք նշում եք Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, անձամբ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի դերը` ռազմական գործողությունները դադարեցնելու, կողմերի հետագա գործողությունների կայուն շրջանակներ համաձայնեցնելու ուղղությամբ գործադրված ջանքերի առումով: Աջակցում ենք ՀՀ, ՌԴ և Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետների մակարդակով ձևավորված աշխատանքային խմբին, որ զբաղվում է գործնական նշանակություն ունեցող ու գուցե` այս փուլում ամենից կարևոր` տնտեսական, տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակման հարցերով, ինչը թույլ կտա գործնականում, ոչ միայն քաղաքական մակարդակում, ինչպես արդեն արվել է, դադարեցնել Հայաստանի շրջափակումը և ապահովել տարածաշրջանի բոլոր երկրների համար փոխշահավետ համագործակցություն` հաշվի առնելով ընդհանուր շահը»,- ասել է նա:
Լավրովն անդրադարձել է նաև ԼՂ-ում ռուսական խաղաղապահ առաքելությանը, նշել` եռակողմ համաձայնությունն ապահովում է խաղաղապահների լիազորությունները, որոնք վերաբերում են ԼՂ բնակչության անվտանգությանն ու Լաչինի միջանցքի գործելուն:
«Մեր խաղաղապահները կանեն ամեն ինչ, որ կարգավորեն դեռ չլուծված հարցերը` կապված շփման հստակ գծի որոշման, դրա հետ կապված փոխշահավետ պայմանավորվածությունների ապահովման հետ: Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատումը հնարավոր կդառնա, երբ այս բոլոր քայլերը կյանքի կկոչվեն»,- նշել է Լավրովը:
ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը հայտնել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի այլ համանախագահների հետ շարունակում են հանդես գալ բոլոր հումանիտար խնդիրների լուծման օգտին` ներառյալ անազատության մեջ պահվող անձանց վերադարձի գործընթացն ավարտին հասցնելը:
«Մենք հասկանում ենք այս քայլի սիմվոլիկ, հուզական նշանակությունը: Վստահ ենք, որ կարող ենք մոտ ապագայում այս հարցը լուծել: Դա կստեղծի դրական, կառուցողական միջավայր` խնդրի վերջնական կարգավորման ուղղությամբ հետագա առաջընթացի համար»,- ասել է Լավրովը:
ՌԴ արտաքին գերատեսչության ղեկավարը նաև նշել է, որ ամեն կերպ կխթանեն ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի գործունեությունը` մնացած հարցերի լուծման համար առավելագույնս դրական միջավայր ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ:
