«Այս ընտրություններում քիչ հավանական է, որ փող բաժանեն՝ որպես ընտրակաշառք, բայց այլ արատավոր մեթոդներ կկիրառվեն, որոնք կստիպեն, որ մարդիկ ոչ թե գիտակցված ընտրություն կատարեն, այլ շահից դրդված։ Ըստ ամենայնի, այս ընտրությունների նոուհաուն լինելու է հետևյալը․ թեկնածու կուսակցությունները կարճաժամկետ աշխատատեղեր կբացեն, մարդկանց կընդունեն աշխատանքի։
Դա կարվի նախընտրական շտաբների անվան տակ։ Այս սխեմայից օգտվելու է ինչպես իշխանությունը, այնպես էլ ընդդիմությունը։ Իշխանությունն այսօր էլ սկսել է համատարած աշխատանքի ընդունել մարդկանց և խոստումներ տալ՝ ընտրություններից հետո աշխատանքի տեղավորելու հետ կապված։ Իսկ թեկնածու կուսակցություններից մեկը, օրինակ, պատրաստվում է հարյուրավոր նախընտրական շտաբներ բացել բոլոր մարզերում և ամեն շտաբում 5-ական մարդ ընդունել աշխատանքի՝ երկու ամսով։
Պարզ հաշվարկ անենք․ 500 շտաբ, 5 աշխատողով՝ կստացվի 2 հազար 500 աշխատող։ Սրանց միայն ընտանիքի անդամները կկազմեն 10 հազար քվե, կգումարվեն նաև ազգուտակը, ընկերները և 50 հազար ձայնը, այսինքն՝ անցողիկ շեմը հաղթահարված է։ Պարզապես մի փոքրիկ նյուանս․ մեկ կուսակցության ծախսերը կկազմեն մի քանի միլիոն դոլար»,-գրում է թերթը։
