Ինչո՞ւ Ալիևը չսկսեց պատերազմը 2018-ի մայիսին, երբ Հայաստանում կատարյալ քաոս էր. պատասխանը շատ պարզ է

Եթե, ինչպես պնդում են, «պատերազմ անխուսափելի էր» և «նախկիններն ամեն ինչ արել էին, որ պատերազմ լինի», ապա տրամաբանական հարց է առաջանում. ինչո՞ւ Ալիևը չսկսեց պատերազմը 2018-ի մայիսին, երբ Հայաստանում կատարյալ քաոս էր։
Ինչո՞ւ սահմանափակվեց միայն Նախիջևանում իր դիրքերն (իր իսկ սահմաններում) առաջ տալով։
Ռազմինֆոյում այդ օրերին շատ մեծ էինք գնահատում Ադրբեջանի լայնածավալ գործողությունների հավանականությունը։
Պատասխանը, կարծում եմ, շատ պարզ է. 2018-ի մայիսին Ալիևը չուներ որոշում պատերազմ սկսելու։ Նա չէր հասկանում, թե ինչ է կատարվում Հայաստանում, ըստ այդմ չէր շտապում արկածախնդրության դիմել, առավել ևս, որ 2016-ի ապրիլն իր բոլոր հետևանքներով նրա հիշողության մեջ դեռ թարմ էր։
Գրեթե վստահ եմ, որ Ալիևը որոշեց պատերազմի գնալ ...
• ... տեսնելով Նախիջևանում իրենց առաջխաղացմանը մեր կողմից որևէ ադեկվատ արձագանքի բացակայությունը;
• ... իշխանափոխությունից 4–5 ամսվա ընթացքում տեսնելով, որ Նիկոլն անհավասարակշիռ, անլուրջ, անփորձ ու միաժամանակ ագրեսիվ ու ամբիցիոզ է, չունի թիմ;
• ... տեսնելով, որ Նիկոլը պատերազմ է հայտարարել գեներալիտետին, Արցախին, ԵԿՄ-ին, ընդհանրապես ամբողջ պետական ապարատին;
• ... տեսնելով, թե ինչպես է ընկնում Հայաստանի վարկանիշը միջազգային ասպարեզում;
• ... ևն։
Պատերազմ սկսելու վերջնական որոշումն, իմ կարծիքով, ընդունվեց 2020-ի մարտին, երբ ադրբեջանցիներն ուղիղ եթերով տեսան, թե արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարելու համար հավաքված կառավարության անդամները ինչպես ժամերով չեն կարողանում տարրական հարցերի շուրջ պայմանավորվել։ Ընդհանրապես, կովիդի համավարակի դեմ պայքարի տապալումը Հայաստանում, կարծում եմ, այն վերջին «կշռաքարն» էր, որով Ալիևը վերջնականապես համոզվեց, որ իր կյանքի ամենամեծ շանսն է բացվել։
Այս վարկածի օգտին է խոսում նաև այն, որ Թուրքիայից «Բայրաքթարներ» շտապ գնելու որոշումն էլ է Ադրբեջանում կայացվել մոտավորապես 2020-ի գարնանը։ (Համեմատության համար՝ Ուկրաինան իր «Բայրաքթարները» Թուրքիայից սկսել է գնել դեռ 2019-ից)։
Ի դեպ, 2020-ի գարնանը շատ եմ գրել, որ այս ամենին թշնամին ուշադիր հետևում է և համապատասխան եզրակացություններ անում։ Բնականաբար, ծաղրում էին, ասում էին, թե «Վրթանեսյանն էլի սկսեց լցնել» ևն...
