Կրակոցներ` Էջմիածնում. կա զոհ. դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել են 20-ից ավել պարկուճներ
SOCIETYԱյսօր՝ մայիսի 4-ին, կրակոցներ են հնչել Արմավիրի մարզում: Այս մասին հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը:
Ժամը 22:00-ից 22:10-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Էջմիածին քաղաքի Վազգեն 1-ին փողոցում կրակոցներ են հնչել:
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամանել են ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության պետ Կարեն Հակոբյանը, ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի պետ Ռաֆայել Պողոսյանը, բաժնի պետի օպերգծով տեղակալ Արթուր Ֆիշյանը:
Ժամանել են նաև ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 1-ին դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամասնատար Գրիգոր Պողոսյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Մառլեն Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ նշված վայրից հրազենային վնասվածքներով «Վաղարշապատ» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել երիստասարդ տղայի դի:
Այս պահին դեպքի վայրի զննություն են կատարում Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության մեծ թվով քննիչներ՝ վարչության պետ Սամվել Տոնոյանի և նույն վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնի պետ Դավիթ Բարոյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները նշված վայրում հայտնաբերել են ինքնաձիգից արձակված 20-ից ավել կրակված պարկուճներ, իսկ կրակոցի վայրից մոտ 200 մետր հեռավորության վրա հայտնաբերվել է վթարված Hyundai Elantra ավտոմեքենա, որի վրա հայտնաբերվել են կրակոցների հետքեր, իսկ կրակոցների արդյունքում էլ վնասվել է քաղաքացուն պատկանող, իր տան առջև կայանված Ford Transit մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա:
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են սպանվածի ինքնությունը:
Փաստի առթիվ Դ. Բարոյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ՝ հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Գևորգ Գաբրիելյանի և Վահե Սամսոնյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Այս պահին քննիչները դեպքի վայրի զննություն են կատարում:
Հաշվի առնելով հանցագործության վտանգավորության աստիճանը, դեպքի վայր է ժամանել նաև Վաղարշապատի դատախազ Կարեն Խաչատրյանը:
Տեղում քննչական աշխատանքները ղեկավարում են Դ. Բարոյանն ու Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Վլադ Բազունցը:
