VIDEOSHAMSHYAN.com-ը ներկայացնում է բացառիկ տեսանյութ՝ ինչպես է տեղի ունեցել ապրիլի 30-ին Փարաքար գյուղի Երևանյան փողոցում 3 ավտոմեքենաների մասնակցությամբ ավտովթարը։ Տեսախցիկից պարզ է դառնում, որ վթարի մեղավորը Փարաքար գյուղի բնակիչ՝ 22-ամյա Արայիկ Հովակիմյանն է։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, ապրիլի 30-ին շղթայական ավտովթար էր տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում: Ժամը 15:30-ի սահմաններում Փարաքար գյուղի Երևանյան փողոցում՝ թիվ 35 հասցեի դիմաց, բախվել էին Փարաքար գյուղի բնակիչներ, 22-ամյա Արայիկ Հովակիմյանի վարած ВАЗ 2121 մակնիշի, 63-ամյա Հակոբ Ավագյանի վարած ГАЗ Ա64 մակնիշի ավտոբուսն ու Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ, 35-ամյա Խաչատուր Հովհաննիսյանի վարած ГАЗ 2410 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները:
Վթարի հետևանքով Հ. Ավագյանի ուղևորներ, Երևանի բնակիչներ, 7 ամսական Ադրիանա Գ.-ն, 6-ամյա Գայանե Գ.-ն տեղափոխվել էին «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոն, իսկ 25-ամյա Փիրուզա Աղասյանը՝ «Էրեբուն» բժշկական կենտրոն: Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր էին ժամանել Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Երևանի թիվ 1 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ 1 մարտական հաշվարկով:
