ՀՀ ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունը՝ Շուշիի Սուրբ Ամենափրկիչ Ղազանչեցոց Մայր տաճարի վերաբերյալ
POLITICSՇուշի քաղաքի Սուրբ Ամենափրկիչ Ղազանչեցոց Մայր տաճարում Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող գործողությունները դատապարտելի են, հատկապես, որ արդեն իսկ բազմաթիվ են հայկական պաշտամունքի վայրերի և հուշարձանների ոչնչացման և այդ գործողություններն արդարացնելու նախադեպերը:
Արցախի դեմ սանձազերծած ագրեսիայի ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից գործած բազմաթիվ պատերազմական հանցագործությունների շարքում առանձնակի աչքի է ընկնում բարձր ճշգրտությամբ զինատեսակներով մեկ օրում Շուշիի Սուրբ Ամենափրկիչ Ղազանչեցոց Մայր տաճարի դիտավորյալ կրկնակի հրթիռակոծումը, որին հրադադարի հաստատումից հետո հաջորդեցին նաև վանդալիզմի դեպքեր:
Հատկանշական է, որ Ադրբեջանը Շուշիի Մայր տաճարի հետ կապված գործողություններ է իրականացնում առանց Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու հետ խորհրդակցելու, ինչն ակհայտորեն խախտում է հայ հավատացյալների կրոնի ազատության իրավունքը։ Նույնքան մտահոգիչ է, որ Ադրբեջանը սկսել է եկեղեցու ճարտարապետական տեսքի փոփոխման աշխատանքներ կատարել մինչև ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի փորձագետների գնահատման առաքելության կողմից աշխատանքների սկսումը։ Ակնհայտ է, որ Ադրբեջանը դիտավորյալ արգելափակում է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի փորձագետների մուտքը դեպի վտանգված հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության վայրեր՝ մի կողմից քողարկելու իր կողմից իրականացված պատերազմական հանցագործությունները, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝ փոխելու հուշարձանի պատմաճարտարապետական ամբողջականությունը։
Այս իրավիճակում հայկական կողմի բոլոր այն մտահոգությունները, որ Ադրբեջանի այս գործողությունները վանդալիզմի դրսևորում են և նպատակ ունեն հայկական ինքնությունից զրկել Շուշիի Մայր տաճարը, առավել քան հիմնավոր են։
Սուրբ Ամենափրկիչ Ղազանչեցոց Մայր տաճարի, Արցախի՝ ադրբեջանական օկուպացիայի տակ գտնվող տարածքներում առկա բազմաթիվ հայկական պատմամշակութային հուշակոթողների և պաշտամունքի վայրերի հետ կապված որևէ գործողություն չի կարող իրականացվել առանց միջազգային, առաջին հերթին՝ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի փորձագետների կողմից առկա վիճակի փաստագրման և վերականգնման աշխատանքներում գործուն ներգրավվածության: Շուշիի Մայր տաճարը Արցախում Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու կարևոր կենտրոններից է և այն որպես սրբատեղի պետք է ծառայի հավատացյալներին։
