Ո՞ւմ իշխանության մասին է խոսում Փաշինյանը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Երեկ Ազգային ժողովում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել է. «Իրենց թվում է, թե власть меняется: Հայաստանում իշխանություն չի փոխվելու»: Իհարկե, նա հետո կասի, թե նկատի է ունեցել, որ Սահմանադրությամբ իշխանությունը Հայաստանում պատկանում է ժողովրդին, որ իրենք 2018-ին այդ իշխանությունը վերադարձրել են ժողովրդին և այլն, և այլն, սակայն դրանից իրականությունը չի փոխվում: Մարդուն պետք էր հայտարարել, թե «Հայաստանում իշխանություն չի փոխվելու», և նա հայտարարեց: Թե ինչ կոնտեքստով, երկրորդական է: Իրավունք ունի՞ նման հույսեր ունենալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Զուտ վարկանիշի տեսակետից, նաև հաշվի առնելով առկա իրողությունները, բնականաբար՝ ոչ: Սակայն, եթե նկատի ունենանք, որ խայտառակ կապիտուլ յացիայից, Արցախի 75 տոկոսի կորստից, հազարավոր զոհերի պատճառ դառնալուց հետո նա շարունակում է պաշտոնավարել, ապա՝ գուցե թե՝ այո:
Ի վերջո, նրան այս ընթացքում հաջողվել է ոչ միայն պահպանել աթոռը, այլև ամեն ինչ անել՝ հանրության մի որոշակի հատվածի շրջանում կարճ ժամկետում մոռացնել Արցախի խնդիրը, զոհերի առկայությունը, այն, որ Հայաստանը միշտ եղել է Արցախի անվտանգության երաշխավոր, իսկ այսօր նույնիսկ ինքն իր անվտանգության երաշխավոր հազիվ կարողանա լինել: Նույնիսկ Արցախի ԱԺ նախագահն է ասում, որ «այսօր Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգության երաշխավորը ռուս խաղաղապահ ուժերն ու Արցախի բանակն են»: Խոսուն ձևակերպում է, անշուշտ: Վերջապես, ամենակարևոր հարցը. ի՞նչ ժողովրդի իշխանության մասին է խոսում Փաշինյանը: Այն ժողովրդի, որի մասին ասում էր՝ «իրենց դուռն է, կուզեն, կջարդեն», հետո նույն այդ ժողովրդին ուժայիններով ճնշո՞ւմ են բողոքի ակցիա անելու համար:
Այն ժողովրդի, որի հետ բոլոր կարևոր հարցերը խոստանում էր քննարկել, բայց նույն այդ ժողովրդի թիկունքում գաղտնի կապիտուլ յացիոն փաստաթուղթ ստորագրե՞ց: Այն ժողովրդի, որին խոստանում էր բարեկեցություն, բայց նույն ժողովրդի հաշվին միլիոններով պարգևավճար է բաժանո՞ւմ իր թիմին: Ցանկը հատորներով կարելի է շարունակել: Այդուամենայնիվ, երևի թե մի հարցում Նիկոլը ճիշտ է. ժողովրդի իշխանությունն անխախտ է: Ուղղակի ժողովուրդն իր իշխանությունն իրացնելու համար պատվիրակման հարցում 2018-ի սխալները կրկնելու իրավունքն այլևս չունի: Ավելի ստույգ՝ այդպիսի ռեսուրս այլևս չունի մեր երկիրը:
