Տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ-ԵՄ մաքսային հարցերով ենթակոմիտեի առաջին նիստը․ կողմերն անդրադարձել են ՀՀ-ի և ԵՄ-ի միջև մաքսային ոլորտին առնչվող առաջնահերթություններին

Առցանց ձևաչափով տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Եվրոպական Միության միջև կնքված Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի (ՀԸԳՀ) ներքո գործող Մաքսային հարցերով ենթակոմիտեի առաջին նիստը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՊԵԿ-ից։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմից նիստը նախագահել է ՀՀ ՊԵԿ նախագահի տեղակալ Արթուր Մանուկյանը,  Եվրոպական միության կողմից՝ Մաքսային միության և հարկային հարցերով գլխավոր տնօրինության առևտրի դյուրացման, ծագման կանոնների և միջազգային համակարգման բաժնի ղեկավար Ֆերնանդո Պեռո դե Պիննիկը։

Նիստին մասնակցել են նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Անդրեա Վիկտորինը,  Համաշխարհային մաքսային կազմակերպությունում և Եվրոպական միությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մաքսային կցորդ Սուրեն Մելիք-Իսրայելյանը և ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության ներկայացուցիչներ։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն անդրադարձել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Եվրոպական միության միջև մաքսային ոլորտին առնչվող առաջնահերթություններին, որոնց շրջանակներում ներկայացվել են նախանշված հիմնական ուղղությունները: Քննարկվել են նաև Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության և Եվրոպական միության մաքսային օրենսգրքերի նոր խմբագրությունները:

Նիստի ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել Եվրոպական միության շրջանակներում մաքսային վարչարարության կիրառման պրակտիկային, այդ թվում՝ իրավական լուծումների մոտարկման համատեքստում։ 

Կողմերը պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել գործուն քայլեր իրականացնել համագործակցության հետագա ընդլայնման ուղղությամբ:
