Տուգանք է սահմանվել վաճառքի և վարձույթի նպատակով ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցը չսահմանված վայրում կայանելու համար

Հունվարի 20-ին Ազգային ժողովը ընդունեց Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ օրենսգրքում լրացում կատարելու վերաբերյալ նախագիծը և այն ստորագրվեց նախագահի կողմից։

Լրացման համաձայն՝ տուգանք է նախատեսվում ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների վաճառքի վայրի կազմակերպման պահանջները խախտելու դեպքում և ոչ միայն։ Փոփոխությունները սկսում են գործել հունիսի 1-ից։

Այսպիսով, ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների վաճառքի վայրի՝ օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված պահանջները խախտելն առևտրի իրականացման վայրի կազմակերպչի կողմից՝ առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում՝ 20-40 հազար դրամի չափով։

Եթե նշված արարքը կատարվի վարչական տույժ նշանակելու օրվանից հետո՝ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում, ապա խախտում կատարած անձը կտուգանվի 500-700 հազար դրամի չափով։

Տուգանք է նախատեսվել նաև վաճառքի և վարձույթի նպատակով ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցը չսահմանված վայրում կայանելու համար։

Այսպիսով, վաճառքի և վարձույթի նպատակով ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցը վաճառքի և վարձույթի համար չսահմանված վայրում կայանելը ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցի սեփականատիրոջ համար՝ առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում`10 հազար դրամի չափով։
