Երևանում քննարկվել է ՀՀ-ում ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանին հողատարածքներ ու անշարժ գույք փոխանցելու հարցը

Հունիսի 23-ից 25-ը Երևանում անցկացվեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի տեղակայման և գործառնման նպատակով հողատարածքների ու անշարժ գույքի փոխանցման hայ-ռուսական միջպետական հանձնաժողովի տասներորդ նիստը, որի ընթացքում քննարկվեցին.

- Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կառավարության միջև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի տեղաբաշխման կետերի մասին 2012թ. հոկտեմբերի 3-ի Արձանագրության մեջ փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին 2014թ. մայիսի 23-ի թիվ 1 Արձանագրության կատարման գործընթացը,

- Գյումրի քաղաքում տեղակայված ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի ռազմական ավաններում գտնվող բնակելի ֆոնդի օգտագործման հարցը,

- Գյումրի քաղաքի Լալայան փողոցում գտնվող ռուսական եկեղեցու շենքը և դրա հարակից հողատարածքները ռուսական հոգևոր-մշակութային կենտրոնի կառուցման համար ռուսական կողմին տրամադրելու հարցը,

- Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի տեղաբաշխման կետերի ցանկին համապատասխան Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը ռազմական ավանների օգտագործման իրավունքի գրանցումը հավաստող վկայականների տրամադրման հարցը:

Հանձնաժողովի անդամներն այցելել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի տեղաբաշխման կետեր և ուսումնասիրել համապատասխան հողատարածքներն ու շինություններն ու դրանց հետ կապված փաստաթղթերը: Աշխատանքների արդյունքների վերաբերյալ ստորագրվել է համապատասխան արձանագրություն:
