ՔԿ-ն գտնում է, որ Խծաբերդում հայ զինծառայողների սպանության դեպքերով ՊՆ երկու սպաները պետք է կանգնեն դատարանի առաջ ու կալանավորվեն. փաստաբան
SOCIETYԱրցախի պատերազմից հետո Խծաբերդում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների հետ կապված այսօր Քննչական կոմիտեի կողմից դատարան ներկայացված միջնորդության քննությունն է՝ ՊՆ երկու սպաներին կալանավորելու մասով: Այս մասին այսօր Tert.am-ը տեղեկացավ սպաների պաշտպան Հրանտ Վարդանյանից:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերին հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ Հադրութի շրջանի Հին Թաղեր և Խծաբերդ գյուղերի տարածքում տեղակայված մարտական դիրքերում 9 զինծառայողների սպանության, զինված ընդհարումների ժամանակ միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերի լուրջ խախտումների դեպքերի առթիվ:
«Փոխգնդապետ Ջիվան Մկրտչյանի մասով միջնորդության քննությունն ավարտվել է, դատարանը հեռացել է խորհրդակցական սենյակ վճիռ կայացնելու համար, սպասում ենք որոշման հրապարակմանը, իսկ մայոր Վլադիմիր Ղուկասյանի կալանավորման միջնորդության մասով նիստը ժամը 17:00-ին է տեղի ունենալու»,-ասաց Վարդանյանը:
Վարդանյանը հիշեցրեց, Խծաբերդում պատերազմից հետո 9 հայ զինծառայող էր սպանվել և երկու հայ զինծառայող գերեվարվել էր հակառակորդի կողմից: «Քննչական կոմիտեն գտնում է, որ սպաներն այս դեպքերով պայմանավորված պետք է կանգնեն դատարանի առաջ ու կալանավորվեն»:
