Քրիստինա Ագիլերան խայտառակվել է սուրբծննդյան հավաքույթում:Hollywood Life-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ մի քանի օր առաջ երգչուհին չափից շատ էր խմել ամերիկյան դերասան Սեթ Մաքֆարլեյնի Նյու Յորքում կազմակերպած սուրբծննդյան համերգի ժամանակ:
Երգչուհին Սեթի հետ միասին կատարել էր «Նյու Յորք, Նյու Յորք» հանրահայտ երգը:
Ելույթից հետո Ագիլերան, որը շատ վատ էր տիրապետում իր շարժումներին, տեղ է զբաղեցրել հանդիսատեսի շարքերում ու կտրականապես հրաժարվել է երկրորդ անգամ բեմ դուրս գալ՝ չնայած երգչուհին պետք է երգեր երիտասարդ երգչուհի Թինա Սինատրայի հետ: Երբ Սեթը մոտեցել է նրան ու նորից հրավիրել բեմ դուրս գալ, աստղը հրաժարվել է:
Ականատեսները լրագրողներին պատմել են այն մասին, որ Քրիսթինան համերգից առաջ խմել էր ու հազիվ էր ոտքի վրա կանգնում: Բացի դրանից բարձրակրունկ կոշիկների պատճառով չկարողանալով կառավարել իր շարժումները՝ երգչուհին իր երկար սեւ հագուստով քիչ էր մնում ընկներ սուրբծննդյան տոնածառի տակ, որի կողքին աստղը լուսանկարվել էր միջոցառումից առաջ ու հետո:
«Բարձրակրունկ կոշիկներով ու երկար զգեստով Ագիլերան քիչ էր մնում շրջեր տոնածառը, իսկ հետո, հազիվ ոտքերի վրա կանգնելով, մտավ դահլիճ, որտեղ բացահայտ կոկետություն էր անում իր բոյֆրենդ Մեթյու Ռաթլերի հետ»,- պատմել են ականատեսները:
