Часть 11. Основные положения Национальной Программы Хачика Асряна по построению Военно-Социальной Армении

Придя к власти в Армении, партия «АРМЯНСКИЕ ОРЛЫ. ЕДИНАЯ АРМЕНИЯ», при поддержке и участии героического армянского народа, за ближайщий год приступит и будет осуществлять также:
а) Конституционный референдум: сделать систему правления в Армении президентской, изменить судебную систему, установив в Армении диктатуру закона.
б) Обеспечение жильем всех семей, оставшихся без крова в результате землетрясения в Армении 7 декабря 1988 года.
в) Предоставляемую Правительством Республики Армения ежемесячную денежную выплату семьям всех погибших сыновей – армян Республики Армения, защищавших границы Республики Арцах, с начала Арцахской войны в конце двадцатого века до наших дней, сделать пожизненной и увеличивать каждые 5 (пять) лет. А также, предоставляемую Правительством Республики Армения денежную выплату сыновьям-армянам, защищавшим границы Республики Арцах и Республики Армения, с начала Арцахской войны в конце двадцатого века до наших дней, ставшими инвалидами, сделать пожизненной и увеличивать каждые 5(пять) лет.
г) Закрытие и уничтожение всех биолабораторий в Армении под эгидой Министерства обороны США.
д) Республика Армения обязуется создать необходимые средства и обеспечить необходимые условия для сохранения и развития языка, культуры и национально-религиозных обычаев национальных меньшинств, проживающих в Армении, создать такую среду, которая будет способствовать сохранению самобытности, национальной идентичности национальных меньшинств, проживающих в Армении, предоставить возможность для самовыражения.
е) следующие изменения в составе действующего Правительства Республики Армения:
Создать новые министерства и государственные комитеты при Правительстве Республики Армения:
Министерство военной промышленности
Министерство сельского хозяйства
Министерство охраны природы
Министерство недропользования и водных ресурсов
Государственный комитет идеологической пропаганды: государственная идеология Армении - ПАТРИОТИЗМ.
