Փակուղի՞ թե՞ նոր շունչ․ Տարասովը՝ Արցախի հիմնահարցի կարգավորման մասին․ «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Արցախի հիմնահարցի կարգավորումը կկանգնի եւ ժամանակավորապես կդադարի: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց կովկասագետ Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը՝ խոսելով վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներից: Բանն այն է, որ Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Լին Թրեյսին «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի հետ հարցազրույցում բարձրաձայնել է, որ Արցախի հակամարտությունը լուծված չէ, եւ բաց են մնում կարգավիճակի հարցն ու տեղահանվածների վերադարձի խնդիրը: Տեղահանվածների վերադարձի խնդիրը այլ բան չէ, քան Շուշիի եւ Հադրութի դեօկուպացիա, քանի որ այստեղ է, որ առկա է տեղահանվածների վերադարձի խնդիր: Դրանից առաջ էլ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենն իր ելույթում օգտագործել էր «ցեղասպանություն» եզրույթը: Սակայն նկատենք՝ Տարասովը կարծում է, թե այս պահին ամենաքիչն էր պետք ճանաչել այն: «Ամերիկացիները պատերազմի հետեւանքները լեգիտիմ չեն համարում եւ ցանկանում են գործողությունները վերսկսել Մինսկի խմբի միջոցով: Ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը տեղի ունեցավ այն ժամանակ, երբ Երեւանի եւ Անկարայի միջեւ սկսվել էին չբարձրաձայնվող կոնտակտներ: Կարծում եմ՝ թուրքերը միանգամից չեն գնա, այլ դադար կտան, ինչը նշանակում է, որ Ղարաբաղյան հարցի կարգավորումը կկանգնի», – նշեց Տարասովը:
Վերջինիս խոսքով՝ Մոսկվան ընդհանրապես չի հրաժարվել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի աշխատանքից, Մակրոնը եւս բարձրացնում է ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ աշխատանքների ակտիվացման հարցը: «Խնդիրն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանը համաձայն չէ, քանի որ օրակարգում առաջարկվող հարցերի ցանկում է Արցախի կարգավիճակի հստակեցման հարցը, իսկ Ադրբեջանը համարում է, որ Ղարաբաղի հարց գոյություն չունի ընդհանրապես: Կարծում եմ՝ Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի շուրջ բանակցությունները, այսպես, թե այնպես, վերսկսվելու են», – հավելեց նա: Տարասովի խոսքով՝ ամերիկացիներն աշխատում են իրավիճակի վատթարացման օգտին, եւ շատ հնարավոր է, որ Վաշինգտոնի ու Փարիզի միջեւ երկխոսություն է ընթանում ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ-ում իրենց քայլերի համաձայնեցման շուրջ: Սակայն, վերջինիս խոսքով, ՌԴ-ն եւս անմասն չի մնալու գործընթացներից»։
