«168 ժամ»․ Փաշինյանը ինդիվիդուալ անարխիզմի կրող է և անիշխանությունը կառուցում է իր անձնիշխանության առանցքի շուրջ՝ «Ժողովրդի իշխանության» ականջահաճո կարգախոսի ներքո

«Ժողովրդի իշխանություն»։ Սա է այն հիմնական կոդը, որով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շուրջ երեք տարի պահպանում է իշխանությունը և մտադիր է վերարտադրվել առաջիկա ընտրություններում։ «Ժողովրդի իշխանություն» արտահայտությունն իրականում մեղմասացություն է, էվֆեմիզմ, որով նա փորձել է քողարկել անիշխանությունը, փորձել է, հաջողում է, և կա վտանգ, որ էլի կհաջողի։
2018 թվականի այս օրերին Հայաստանում անիշխանություն էր՝ բառի ուղիղ և փոխաբերական իմաստներով։ Ահա այդ անիշխանությունը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փաթեթավորեց՝ որպես «ժողովրդի իշխանություն», և իրեն պարտադրեց՝ որպես վարչապետ։ Հետագա իրադարձությունները, Ազգային ժողովի պաշարումն ու առումը, որպես դրա հետևանք՝ 2018-ի դեկտեմբերի ընտրություններն անիշխանության լեգիտիմիզացիայի փորձեր էին, որոնք սոսկ ֆորմալ ձևակերպումներ տվեցին անիշխանությանը, բայց երևույթն ինքնին դրանից չփոխվեց․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հաստատվեց վարչապետի պաշտոնում՝ որպես անիշխանության առաջնորդ։
«Ժողովրդի իշխանությունը» հաճելի թույն է, որը սղոցում է մարդկանց ունկերը և նրանց մոտ ստեղծում է պատրանք, թե իրենք են իշխանության կրողները։ Իրականությունը ճիշտ հակառակն է․ ոչ թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է ժողովրդի իշխանության մարմնավորողը, այլ նրա անձնական իշխանությունն է մատուցվում՝ որպես «ժողովրդի իշխանություն»։ Անկախ իրերի դրությունից, սակայն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հաջողվել է այս մեղմասացությունը դարձնել քաղաքական կրեդո և մոլորության մեջ գցել հասարակությանը, որն ինչ-որ իմաստով նարկոտիկ կախվածության մեջ է հայտնվել այն ստից, որ փողոցի այն տղան մարմնավորում է «ժողովրդի իշխանությունը»։ Քանի որ սուտը ներարկվել է չափազանց մեծ չափաբաժիններով, պատրանքն էլ մեթոդաբար պարտադրվել է՝ որպես իրականություն, հասարակության առնվազն մի մասը դեռևս չի գիտակցել, որ Փաշինյանն այլևս ոչ թե փողոցի այն տղան է, այլ կառավարական ամառանոցի բդեշխն ու զրահապատ շարասյուների ուղևորը, որի համար ժողովուրդը ոչ թե իշխանության աղբյուր է, ինչպես ներկայացվում է, այլ իշխանության, իսկ ավելի ճիշտ՝ անիշխանության հենարան։
Ահա այդ հենարանի վրա խարսխվելով էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արդեն երեք տարի Հայաստանը պահում է անիշխանության ռեժիմում՝ դրա համար իրացնելով իշխանության ընձեռած բոլոր հնարավորությունները։ Հակառակ պարագայում, երկրում իշխանության գոյության պայմաններում, պետության հետ տեղի չէր ունենա այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ, որովհետև դա հնարավոր էր անիշխանության դեպքում միայն։ Քաղաքական կայացած համակարգի ու էլիտաների բացակայության պայմաններում «ժողովրդի իշխանությունն» իրականում անարխիան է՝ դասական սահմանմամբ հասարակությունը՝ առանց պետականության։
Իր իշխանության արշալույսին բոլոր «իզմերը» մերժող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրականում դավանում է անարխիզմին, որը պետությունը համարում է ոչ ցանկալի և վնասակար ինստիտուցիա։
Փաշինյանի առանձնահատկությունն այն է, որ նա ոչ թե սոցիալական, այլ ինդիվիդուալ անարխիզմի կրող է և անիշխանությունը կառուցում է իր անձնիշխանության առանցքի շուրջ։ «Ժողովրդի իշխանության» ականջահաճո կարգախոսի ներքո»,-գրում է թերթը։
