Наверняка вы не раз слышали о том, что людям, следящим за фигурой, нельзя есть макароны каждый день. Так ли это на самом деле?
Как сообщает РИА Новости, если вы выбираете качественные макаронные изделия, риск испортить фигуру крайне мал. Употреблять макаринные изделия из рафинированных сортов пшеницы не рекомендуется из-за высокого уровня содержания быстрых углеводов, однако макароны из твердых сортов пшеницы содержат не менее 12 граммов белка на 100 граммов продукта. Чем выше этот показатель, тем лучше. Такие макароны медленнее перевариваются, не вызывают резких скачков уровня глюкозы в крови, обеспечивают длительное чувство сытости.
Специалисты рекомендуют выбирать макароны, в составе которых только вода и мука, без добавления красителей и вредных добавок.
Рекомендуется употреблять макароны небольшими порциями и с низкокалорийными добавками. Например, с томатным соусом, оливковым маслом или морепродуктами. В таком случае организм получит достаточное количество витаминов и полезных веществ. Есть макароны можно с грибами, тушеными овощами или морепродуктами, а вот сливочное масло и жирное мясо добавлять не стоит. В день рекомендуется употреблять не более 100-120 граммов макарон, чтобы сохранить здоровье и фигуру.
