Ապրիլի 25-ին ադրբեջանական կողմը խոչընդոտել է 25 հայ ուխտավորների մուտքը Դադիվանք, որտեղ Հայաստանյայց առաքելական եկեղեցու Արցախի թեմի սպասավորների կողմից նախատեսվում էր իրականացնել ձեռնադրման արարողություն։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հայտնել է ԱՀ ՄԻՊ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը:

«Ապրիլի 25-ին ադրբեջանական կողմը խոչընդոտել է 25 հայ ուխտավորների մուտքը Դադիվանք, որտեղ Հայաստանյայց առաքելական եկեղեցու Արցախի թեմի սպասավորների կողմից նախատեսվում էր իրականացնել ձեռնադրման արարողություն։

Հավատացյալների մուտքը Դադիվանք ակնհայտորեն կեղծ և անհիմն պատրվակներով խոչընդոտելով՝ ադրբեջանցի զինվորականները նպատակ են հետապնդել տապալելու հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու կարևոր հոգևոր արարողությունը։

Սրանով իսկ ադրբեջանական կողմը խախտել է ռուս խաղաղապահների միջնորդությամբ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունը, որի համաձայն՝ հայ հավատացյալները կարող են մուտք գործել և հոգևոր արարողություններ իրականացնել Դադիվանքի վանքում։

Հոգևոր-կրոնական իրավունքներն ու ազատություններն ամրագրված են Մարդու իրավունքների համընդհանուր հռչակագրով և միջազգային այլ հիմնարար փաստաթղթերով, որոնց խախտումը ոտնձգություն է մարդու արժանապատվության, նրա իրավունքների և ազատությունների դեմ։

Իրեն մշակութային և կրոնական բազմազանության երկիր հայտարարած Ադրբեջանը, անտեսելով միջազգային հանրաճանաչ նորմերը, անարգում, պղծում և ոչնչացնում է իր օկուպացիայի տակ հայտնված տարածքներում հայ ժողովրդի մշակութային արժեքները, նպատակային կերպով մաքրում հայկական գրություններն ու հետքերը և արհեստականորեն խոչընդոտում հայ հավատացյալների մուտքը հոգևոր վայրեր։

Այս միջադեպի մասին ևս ԱՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը կտեղեկացնի միջազգային համապատասխան կառույցներին՝ կոչ անելով հստակ մեխանիզմներ կիրառել Ադրբեջանի անօրինական գործողությունների դեմ»,- գրել  է նա։
