Էդգար Ղազարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Անմիջապես, 2021 թվականի ապրիլի 26-ին պետք է Ազգային ժողովի կողմից առաջադրվի և ընտրվի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նոր վարչապետ: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Սահմանադրական դատարանի աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար Էդգար Ղազարյանը:

«Պետք է օգտվել պետությունը վերջնական կործանումից փրկելու այս պատմական հնարավորությունից։

Հայ ժողովրդի պատմության մեջ պատմական պահ է, որի պատասխանատվությունն առաջին հերթին պետք է զգան Ազգային ժողովի երեք խմբակցությունները, առավել ևս իրենց ընդդիմադիր հռչակած «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» և «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցությունները։ Հանրապետության նախագահի կողմից կառավարության հրաժարականն ընդունելուց հետո անհապաղ պետք է սկսվեն քաղաքական խորհրդակցություններ խորհրդարանական երեք խմբակցությունների և արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի միջև։

Անմիջապես, 2021 թվականի ապրիլի 26-ին պետք է Ազգային ժողովի կողմից առաջադրվի և ընտրվի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նոր վարչապետ։ Ոչ մի պարագայում դա չպետք է լինի արդեն իսկ հրաժարական ներկայացրած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Խորհրդարանը պետք է ընտրի վարչապետ և չպետք է գնա ինքնալուծարման։ Մեր պետության և ժողովրդի համար այս վտանգավոր ժամանակահատվածում Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ ընտրությունը կարող է ունենալ կործանարար հետևանքներ՝ հասարակության պառակտում, նոր լարվածություններ, ընտրակեղծիքներ, դրանց արդյունքների հետ կապված անվստահություն, հնարավոր բախումներ, քաղաքական և տնտեսական անկայունություն և այլն։ Մեր հասարակությանը նոր ընտրություն պետք չէ, մեր հասարակությանն այս պահին պետք է նոր կառավարություն՝ ուժեղ, կազմակերպված և կենսունակ։ Ընտրություն պետք է միայն մեկ մարդու՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, այն էլ ոչ թե հասարակական զարգացման, այլև սեփական կյանքի անվտանգության ապահովման նպատակով։

Պետք է մի կողմ թողնել հանցավոր ազգակործանի հետ ունեցած այսպես կոչված «քաղաքական պայմանավորվածությունները», դրանք ավելի շուտ հանցավոր համաձայնություններ են։ Պետք չի դառնալ հանցագործության մասնակից, երբ հնարավոր է առաջնորդվել սեփական օրակարգով ու, որ ամենակարևորն է, պետության և ազգի առջև ծառացած հրամայական խնդիրներով։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին անարյուն ճանապարհով հեռացնելու բացառիկ հնարավորություն է ստեղծված։ Այն պետք է շտապ կյանքի կոչվի, հակառակ դեպքում ոչ միայն արդեն իսկ հեղված, այլև հետագա վտանգներով պայմանավորված արյան պատասխանատուները լինելու են Ազգային ժողովի բոլոր 132 պատգամավորները, որոնք համաձայն ՀՀ Սահմանադրության պարտավոր են կատարել իրենց, որպես պատասխանատու բարձրաստիճան պետական պաշտոնյաների պարտականությունները և ընտրեն նոր վարչապետ»,- գրել է նա։
