«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ինչպես հայտնի է, ՀՀ-ում բավական մեծ թիվ են կազմում, այսպես կոչված, իրավապաշտպաններն ու մարդու իրավունքների հարցերով զբաղվող տարբեր ՀԿ-ները, որոնք գերազանցապես ֆինանսավորվում են Արևմուտքից։ Մինչև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության գալը, այս սեգմենտը փորձում էր ՀՀ-ում տեղի ունեցող ամենափոքր դեպքն անգամ ներկայացնել որպես «մարդու իրավունքների ու արժանիքների ոտնահարում», այլ կերպ ասած՝ «լուն ուղտ էին սարքում»։ Իրավապաշտպանների այս հատվածն իր խոշորացույցի տակ էր պահում հատկապես ոստիկանության և ընդհանրապես ՀՀ իրավապահ համակարգի գործունեությունն ու ամենափոքր միջադեպն անգամ հանրային լայն տիրույթում դարձնում քննարկման առարկա։

Այդ «իրավապաշտպաններն» իրենց վարքագիծը փոխեցին ՀՀ-ում 2018թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո, և այս երեք տարվա ընթացքում մատների արանքով են նայում օրենքի խախտումներին, մարդու իրավունքների խախտումներին, չեն արձագանքում նույնիսկ ամենաճչացող երևույթներին։ Այս օրերին ևս, այսպես կոչված, սորոսական «իրավապաշտպանները», աչք փակելով մարդկանց ապօրինի բերման ենթարկելու և առանց որևէ լուրջ հիմքերի ձերբակալությունների դեպքերի վրա, փոխարենը լծված են նախընտրական «տասովկաներով», չնայած իրականում պարզ չէ՝ կլինի՞ ընտրություն, թե՞ ոչ։ Մասնավորաբար, թերթին տեղեկություններ են հասել, որ այս շրջանակն ամենաշատն է հետաքրքրված ընտրություններով, ավելին՝ վերջին օրերին իրավապաշտպանները բուռն քննարկում են առաջիկա արտահերթ ընտրությունների թեման՝ փորձելով հանրային դիսկուրսում ընտրություններ անցկացնելու փաստը մատուցել որպես պետության համար գերկարևոր փուլ։

Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ հիմնական թեզերն են, որ առաջիկա ընտրությունները «լինելու են ամենամասնակցայինը» և «անցնելու են ժողովրդավարական բոլոր չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան»։ Ստացվում է, որ Արևմուտքից ֆինանսավորվող «իրավապաշտպանները» նա խ ա պես փոր ձ ո ւ մ ե ն « է ն գլխից» լեգիտիմացնել Փաշինյանի կողմից անցկացվելիք հնարավոր ընտրությունները, չնայած փորձագետներն ու քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչները շարունակում են պնդել, որ իշխանությունը կիրառելու է վարչական լծակներ և ամեն կեղծիքի դիմելու է, որ ընտրություններում հաղթանակ տանի։
