Երկիրը խայտառակ պարտության հասցնելուց հետո, իշխող ուժը ճիգեր է գործադրում կատարվածի մեղքը բարդել «բանակը թալանած նախկինների» վրա, իսկ որոշ «հեռատես» տեսաբաններ դրանում մեղադրում են մեր ռազմավարական դաշնակցին...
Սյունիքում տուն ու տեղ կորցրած կամ կորցնելու վտանգի տակ հայտնված քաղաքացին ոտքի է ելնում, մարզ այցելած, իր տունը հանձնողի դեմ, իշխանության մանկլավիկներն, այն «կազմակերպելու» մեջ մեղադրում են «նախկիններին», իսկ «հեռատես» տեսաբանները՝ այդ ամենը կապում «դրսի ուժերի» հետ...
Ադրբեջանի նախագահն աշխարհով մեկ ազդարարում է «101 տարի հետո Զանգեզուրը ցանկացած գնով հետ բերելու մասին», իշխանությունը սեփական ժողովրդին «համոզում» է, որ դա «ճանապարհային կոմունիկացիաների» բացում է, իսկ «հեռատես» տեսաբաններն այն որակում են «Հայաստանի տնտեսական ապաշրջափակում...»
Եվ այդպես՝ մեղադրանքների ու արդարացումների մի ամբողջ շղթա...
Իսկ մինչ ապաշնորհ իշխանությունն ու «հեռատես» տեսաբաններն, իրար հաջորդելով, ճգնում եմ «հիմնավորել» սեփական մեղադրանքներն ու արդարացումները, հայը շարունակում է կորցնել վերջին երեսուն տարիների ընթացքում բազում զոհերի ու զրկանքների գնով ստեղծած պետականությունը...
